Execution
  • Player 1 engages in a one-two with player 2.
  • Player 2 moves towards the ball.
  • Player 1 provides a through pass to player 3.
  • Player 3 plays into player 4, who moves towards the ball.
  • Player 4 creates space for the incoming player.
  • Player 3 passes to player 5 across the width.
  • Player 6 moves towards the ball, and player 5 decides through the pass whether he wants the ball on the left or right.
  • Player 6 controls the ball and scores.
Build-up
  • Start with a ball at player 1.
  • Have three players at player 3 and player 5.
  • Shift from player 1 to player 6.
  • If there is no goalkeeper, player 6 goes for the goal.
  • Distances can be increased or decreased.
  • Pass to the outer foot.
  • Maintain eye contact, create space, and move towards the ball.
  • Add a defender at the position of player 2, player 4, and player 6.
  • Ball can be played on the ground and/or through the air.
Coaching
  • For player 2, player 4, and player 6, first move away from the ball and then towards it.
  • Only move towards the ball when player 1 has control.
  • Ensure players do not play too close to each other, as it is easier to defend.
  • Player 5 decides himself whether he wants the ball on the left or right through the manner of passing.
Content
  • Player 1 or the goalkeeper takes a goal kick.
  • Player 2 receives the ball.
  • Player 2 gives a through pass to player 3.
  • Player 3 plays into player 4 who comes to the ball.
  • Player 4 creates space for the incoming player.
  • Player 3 plays to player 5.
  • Player 5 controls the ball and scores.
Structure of the Exercise Form
  • At player 1, there are two players with a ball.
  • At players 2, 3, and 5, there are three players.
  • Rotate from player 1 to player 5.
  • If the goalkeeper is absent, player 5 shoots on goal.
  • Distances can be increased or decreased.
  • Play to the outer foot.
  • Make eye contact and come to the ball.
  • Add a defender at position 4.
  • Play the ball on the ground and/or through the air.
  • In case of delay, player 1 takes the goal kick.
Coaching
  • When player 1 has control of the ball, only then come to the ball.
  • At player 4, first move away from the ball and then come to the ball.
  • Ensure players do not play too close to each other, as it is easy to defend against.
  • Players play a match of say here 8 against 8.
  • When a goal is scored, the goal scorer must take a jar from behind the goal and put it by their own jar.
  • If a team has taken all the pots away from a goal, that team has won.

  • The goalkeeper kicks out to the red team.
  • The red team is on the attack as long as they have the ball.
  • If blue gains possession of the ball outside the penalty box, blue becomes the attacking team and red defends.
  • Whoever scores first has won

The exercise goes as follows
  • 1 player per team always dribbles around the caps
  • After the last pot he returns through the middle and tries to score
    • Variant 1: empty goal, next player may leave if shot was fired
    • Variant 2: goalkeeper in goal: whoever is first to last goal may go on goal, the other not.
  • When a player succeeds, his team gets a point: push over 1 of the 5 cones standing by the team. The team that can knock over its 5 cones first wins.
Time estimate: 20 - 25 min
Optimal number of players: 6 field players + 1 goalkeeper
Maximum number of players: 8 field players + 2 goalkeepers

Rules:
  • No skipping pots.
  • Only knock over cones when you have scored.
  • 5 cones per team.
Variations:
  1. Everyone 1 time to practice. (5 min)
  2. Empty (possibly reduced) goal, both players may always attack (5 min)
  3. Goal with goalkeeper, only player who is first past last pot may go on goal. (5 min)
  4. Goal with goalkeeper, all players may go on goal but player may only move past last pot if player in front of him has already shot (5 min)

  • 1a rebounds to 2a.
  • 1a gets ball after rebounds and passes firmly to 3b.

  • 1a to 2a, 2a to 3b, 3b joins A side.

  • Player 1 passes to player 2.
  • Player 2 spins open and gives depth pass to back line.
  • Player 1 sprints deep to the depth pass and delivers a cross on the edge of 16.
  • Player 3 communicates/calls and catches this pass or accepts or rounds directly.

  • Player 3 passes across the ground to Player 2.

  • Player 3 joins row other side.
Set out two sides and execute alternately.

  • Player A makes a run to the pawn

  • Player C makes a run into the deep
  • Player B passes the ball deep into the corner
  • Player C, now on the back line, passes the ball in front of him
  • Player A runs to the first post and player D runs to the second post and tries to finish.
The situation can be plotted at either end.

- Divide group into pairs.
- When playing ball take it in the air. Play high ball directly or head ball back between e.g. the back line and 16 meters.

  • Player 1 with ball runs backwards and player 2 without ball forwards.
  • Player 1 throws the ball in the air to player 2. He takes it and plays it back while running forward at a constant speed.
  • Alternating left and right leg
  • Taking the ball well to the side when attacking.
Variations:
  • Play the ball back directly out of the air with the inside foot into the hands of the person running backwards.
  • Ball through the air and back to the person running backwards.
  • Red passes to blue.
  • Blue passes a deep pass to white.
  • White works off the goal.
