Improving the shooting on goal and the handling of the ball by the goalkeeper, so that the striker does not get a rebound.
- Play the striker, bring him under and finish.
- If the ball comes back via the crossbar, post or goalkeeper, the striker may finish the rebound suddenly from the 16m-area.
- The ball may not leave the square until it has been shot on goal.
- The ball may not lie still anywhere.
- The player who shot at goal becomes the striker, the striker retrieves the ball and closes in behind.
Per player 2 pawns at about 15 meters distance you can adjust yourself.

- Long pass straight through ground or air from player A Red to player B Blue.
- Player A runs to hat on the short side.
- Player B takes the ball cleanly and gives cross pass to player A.

- Players divide into 2 groups
- 1 group will attack and the other will defend
- The attacking group will focus on the long ball and free play in a defended zone.
- The attacker at the central pawn decides to which side the ball will be played, the attackers at the other pawns offer themselves to the ball.
- One of the defenders (red triangle) will pressure the attacker who receives the ball
- The attacker passes the ball back and the central striker plays it deep
- The defender takes his place again
- The deep-lying attacker crosses
- Depending on the number of players you determine the size of the field and possibly the number of spaces.
- Max is 4 against 4.
- You start 1 against 1 with small or big goals (with goalie).

- Player 2 rebounds the ball to the 2nd central player and he dribbles to the top left.
- You do the same from the top right downwards!

- 1st ball is a 1 vs 1 by means of a deep pass
- 2nd ball the outer players come into play and 1 defender on the other team, creating 3 vs 2

- Players stand in pairs at the potty.

- 4: right fast float, in the middle stop and go (hit a lot of ball)
- 5: drag left, in the middle stop and go and drag right
- Note: at the end of each drill, players perform a drag to the next gate
- Players are divided into equal groups.
- Each group tries to dribble the ball through the poles as fast as possible.
- The last one of each group must pick up the ball and stop it on the cone.
