Exercises with ball in cross.
1 ball per group required.

- Ball dribble and swerve to left/right.
- Ball dribble to middle pots, 4x ball tip and swerve without ball to left/right and take other ball.
- Ball dribble, scissors, swerve to left/right.
Per player 2 pawns at about 15 meters distance you can adjust yourself.
- Back and forth with ball around hat.
- After returning ball stop next to hat.
- Tempo / sprint without ball back and forth around hat.
Fastest wins
Variant: repeat number of times as desired & also the other way around: first without ball & then with ball.
7 hats at approximately 15-20 meters.
With small group 1 per hat sequence, with larger group one after the other.

- At pace slalom through pawns. Back and forth.
- Stop ball next to hat. The fastest wins.

- Long pass straight through ground or air from player A Red to player B Blue.
- Player A runs to hat on the short side.
- Player B takes the ball cleanly and gives cross pass to player A.
- Player B runs to hat on the short side.
- Player A takes the ball cleanly & passes straight through ground or air to player B.
Repeat 4 x pass straight through from player A & 4 x cross from player B.
Then repeat but change player A cross and player B straight through.

- On small goal 2 against 1 + 1 goalkeeper. At more 3 against 2, 4 against 3 etc.
- Fenced field.
- Goal: Free running, choosing position, scoring after action , not shooting from distance!
After 4 or 5 actions, turn around.
Total of 4 times so that everyone has 1 goalkeeper and 1 defender.

- Attacker does exercise 4 times.
- Attacker goes to pick up ball and tries to score via 1V1 in goal right in front of him.
- If defender can pick up ball he tries to score in goal at the side.
- Player 1 leaves with the ball for a 1V1
- If he can score he turns around because then he has to defend on the goal where he scored.
- In the middle are 4 poles where the players leave.
- At a distance of 5m from each pole there are 4 pots of a different color.
- The players must get their color as quickly as possible and stack them on their pole.
- First without the ball, then with the ball at their feet.

- 4 cones (working area) positioned 10m apart.
- Player 1 gives pass to Player 2 who rebounds the ball to Player 1 who in turn passes the ball long.
- Players count themselves at each pass or bounce 1 up.
- At 10 the ball should be in the middle, player in the middle takes ball from where he came and exchanges with this player.
- Everything starts over.
- Players stand 2 across, each on 1 side of a line with a jar behind them.
- The trainer calls out commands such as, kick, toes, heels, jump, turn, knee, toe, ...
- As soon as the trainer calls "hat", the players turn around very quickly, take their jar and put it on the line.
- The jar that is at the bottom wins.
- Who can win the most.
- Player 1 plays ball in to player 2, 2 turns out with farthest foot away from passive defender.
- 2 gives pass to 3 who turns out farthest foot, gives pass to trainer and asks for ball back.
- Trainer plays back, Player 3 takes ball, makes action and finishes on goal.
- Alternatively, instead of passing to 3, Player 2 dribbles to where 3 would be standing and then does a hand-off with trainer and finishes.
- Put 3 hats as reference points in triangle.
- Players stand in pairs at the potty.
- Pass is given, tight, quite hard, over the ground after the player who is to receive the ball makes himself free of the player in front of him.
- He takes the ball with his furthest foot and passes to the next player (2 times, take and pass).
- After the pass, he makes pace towards the hat he has passed to and takes position in front of the player who is still standing there.
- Goal: tight passing, good one touch ball handling, freeing up the defender
