In pairs of 2 players, we will take the ball to the other side of the field. Back in light runs along the outside of the field.
- Side steps: hands together with ball on arms.

- Side steps: ball between 2 players clasped at the neck.
- Side steps: ball between 2 players clasped on forehead.
- Make 2 rows with 1 trainer each.
- Each player has a ball.
- We roll the ball to the opposite side of the field.
- Player tries to stop ball before the back line.
- The ways of rolling - stopping:
- Player stands - rolls ball - player stops ball.
- Player is sitting - rolling - player stops ball.
- Player lies on belly - rolls - player stops ball.
- Player lies on belly - rolls - player stops ball by lying in front of ball and stopping with forehead.
- Player lies on belly - rolling - going around ball - passing ball through legs - player stops ball.
- Player next to trainer - trainer throws ball - player catches ball OH after max 1 bots.
- Player next to trainer - trainer throws ball - player runs under ball and turns towards trainer - player catches ball OH after max 1 bots.
- Place a table at the 3-meter line with a mat on it.
- 1 player takes a seat behind the table.
- The row of players on the other side of the net.
- Players play the ball over the net onto the table with mat. Can the player at the table catch the ball after 1 bots then 1 point may be put.

Organization:
- Make duos with ball, on either side of the net.
- Distance from the net approximately 4 meters.
- At trio: extra player with ball at the net. At the moment of throwing, the player at the net throws the ball to the "server" and receives from the "passer" a caught ball.
Execution:
- Player with ball throws the ball with 1 hand towards 2nd player.
- Possibly move and catch with outstretched arms in front of the body.
- Then definitely move it sideways, forwards and backwards.
- Possibly pass the ball up in front of himself or to the player at the net.
- The base team of six gets successively from the small team a serve, an attack -trainer plays rally ball the small team- and a free ball.
- The trainer plays rally ball on the small team and they play the ball back in one go.
The base team gets 3 attempts to score 3 balls in a row.
- If this succeeds, they rotate one spot.
- If this fails, the players from the small team switch with players from the base team.
The goal is to complete all rotations in the time the exercise is run.
Player plays underhand control ball and plays it in jump over the net, retrieve ball himself and close behind

- 2 defenders, setter, and 4th players turn in after each rally.
- Trainer starts with ball.

- service + 5 rally balls
- 6-set:
- pass/set/smash.
- Trainer stands on a cabinet section at position 2 or 4.
- Trainer throws up a ball and hits/pins a ball into the court where there is a team lineup.
- Goal is to defend these balls and take over the rally.
- We play sets to the 15, where scoring directly from the defense scores 2 points and scoring the ball in the rally -through an opponent's mistake or otherwise- scores 1 point.
- On the opposite side is a trio. These three players defend and attack from behind 3 meters.

- Divide the team into two groups and have them form two rows facing each other on the 3 meter line.
- Have the players play over the net and then run around the net post to join the other group.
- On 1 side, parallel to the sideline, lay a speedfoot ladder and before joining the line have the players do a drill through the ladder.
- Possibly expand with block jumps, attack passes or strength exercises.
- Importantly, do not allow the ball to fall to the ground, communication is important.
- Possibly add a penalty if the ball falls to the ground.
- Alternate with underarm and overhand.
Two against two: game lasts 5 minutes and then rotate through. So 3 x 5 minutes. Total highest number of points wins.
It's all about being contently on and scoring as much as possible.

However, the team that scores on the serve receives a rally ball.
As long as this team scores the rally ball, they continue to receive rally balls and the opposing team must defend.
So in theory, the set could be over with 24 rally balls in a row.
