Execution
  • Everyone lies on their stomach on the baseline with their head facing the wall.
  • The trainer stands along the net and throws balls towards the players.
  • On the trainer's signal, you get up as quickly as possible and perform a high reception back to the trainer.
  • Optional: Place a hoop where the players should aim their reception.

Execution
  • Form pairs: one player with a ball, the other without a ball lying on the ground.
  • Series of 30 seconds with 30 seconds rest.
  • At the start signal, the player lying down stands up and receives the ball thrown to them.
  • The player returns the ball overhead and goes back to the ground.
  • Repeat: rise explosively, be ready, play, and return to the ground.
  • After 30 seconds rest, the next series of 30 seconds with underhand passing.
  • Switch roles and start again.
Organisation:
  • Divide the group across both courts.
Execution:
  • Play the ball underhand over the net in a maximum of two actions.
  • After each net crossing, the team rotates one position.
  • If the ball falls on the floor or the opponent plays the ball differently, the team that played the ball over the net scores.
  • The game does not need to stop in principle.
  • If the game does stop, the ball is put back into play with an underhand serve from the backcourt.
  • Whoever reaches 15 points first wins.
  • Optional: Depending on the level, the second ball may be attacked from a standing position from the backcourt.

Execution
  • Divide the players into two teams. Each team receives its own mat.
  • The objective is to get the mat to the other side as quickly as possible.
  • The players take turns diving onto the mat.
  • The team whose mat reaches the other side first wins the match!
Positions and Movements
  • The attack comes from the right.
  • The middle hitter and opposite hitter block.
  • The outside hitter moves to the centre.
  • The setter moves forward.
Execution
  • The trainer hits the ball.
  • Players move to their positions and defend the ball from the trainer.
  • After each defensive action, players rotate one position.
  • Remaining players defend individually and place the ball in the cart.
Execution
  • The trainer stands at the net and throws difficult balls.
  • One player stands on the court and must touch the balls three times in a row.
  • If this is not successful, the exercise continues until it is achieved.
  • The remaining players stand around the court to catch the balls and return them to the cart.
Execution
  • Practice the attack approach at the net using marking mats on the ground.
  • Each child holds a bean bag or tennis ball in their hand.
  • Pass the bean bag or tennis ball in the air to the other hand.
  • Throw the bean bag over the net and let it fall down.
  • Reach up well with both hands and jump with your arms.
Execution
  • Extend your arms to the sides with your fists clenched and thumbs pointing upwards.
  • Bend forward with your left leg extended until your upper body is completely horizontal while balancing on your right foot.
  • Move your left leg and upper body as one unit.
  • Do the same with your right leg while balancing on your left foot.
  • Repeat these movements several times, alternating between your left and right leg.

  • Four players are positioned in a square formation.
  • Pass the ball around and rotate your body well in the direction you are playing.
  • Play counterclockwise.
  • Ensure that the right foot is positioned forward when passing.

Execution
  • Player starts at the backline for Club level and higher, or behind the middle for Cool Moves Volleyball.
  • Trainer serves the ball high over the net.
  • Player runs as fast as possible and tries to catch the ball.
  • Player returns around the outside to the starting position.
Execution
  • Form pairs that stand opposite each other with a net in between.
  • Place a cone under the net.
  • Players pass the ball overhead to each other.
  • After passing, the player taps the cone under the net and returns to the ready position.
Execution
  • Work in pairs with one ball and the net in between.
  • Start at the 3-meter line and serve gently to each other.
  • Focus on the toss and concentration.
  • Increase the distance if successful.
  • If the ball can be caught, increase the distance again.
  • If the ball falls, move one meter forward.
