Second round N4: Serve from back line, forearm pass, teammate catches and throws up in one motion, next throws it over with a volleyball motion; bumping, throwing underarms or playing.

- A throws TB to C , C throws TB to A, who runs up estimating the ball with 3 passes, and throws ball over.
- C taps cone after pass and moves into starting position A, A connects behind C.
- A throws TB to D and exercise restarts from D.
