Organization:
- Making trios
- 1 trio on field B ("service field")
- 1 trio on field A (reception)
- 1 trio reserve at field A
Execution:
- Trainer serves quietly and the trio at field A passes the ball to p2
- There is a "playmaker" and gives a setup for player 3
- This player hits the ball from a standing position over the net
- The trio there defends and catches.
- Passers become defenders B
- Defenders B become reserve A
- Spare A becomes Passer A
Pay attention:
- Each time the trio passes, choose another position.
- Different forms of throwing and catching.
- Throwing upwards and catching behind the back (keep back straight).
- Throwing upwards, playing underarm and catching behind the back (who can do this?).
- Two players do the same exercise.
- One person throwing upwards.
- Catch the other behind the back.
- Same exercise.
- Play one underarms.
- Catch the other behind the back.
- Purpose of the exercise:
- To focus, communicate, master the task and persevere.
- At "A" and above, with fewer people on the field for more intensity.
- Explanation of the exercise:
- 'Chaos Easy' starts as a warm-up, but ends as a true battle.
- The players are placed in the field (it doesn't matter where).
- The ball is caught and immediately thrown over the net (one play).
- As the player catches, he throws the ball. .
- The players on the team are turned over one spot.
- It is striking how difficult it is to score.
- When someone throws wrong (in net or out), they have to sprint around the opponent's field.
- Duration of the exercise:
- 5-10 minutes.
- Place the basket underhand.
- In the basket on the 2/3.
- Play overhand from game position in the basket to the attack.
- Under the baskets: 1 catcher.
1 SV

- Pass to TR (pos 3/4)
Rotation
- Attacker becomes defender
- Defender goes on attack
- Libero remains standing!
Divide the group in two
- Servers take turns serving:
- Servers start serving, defenders --> pass to SV (pass MUST be good)
- Defenders (3 in the field and 3 waiting) --> after each pass the player with the waiting room switches
- TR is on the 2/3 position and he decides to whom the point goes.
- A good serve is a point BUT if the defenders pass this serve better the point goes to the passers
WHO IS FIRST ON 7 POINTS
Group in two, attack and defensive side
Attack
Attack
- 1 player throws the ball up to the SV
- SV plays to Diagonal and 52 (alternately)
- Attacking
Defence
- TR stands on 2/3
- Defenders pass the attack to the TR --> pass MUST be good
Two groups.
- One group is on one side of the net, the other on the other side.
- Both groups hit.
- When the ball is in the net or out the person must sit down in the other group's court.
- The person's teammates must now hit their ball to the 'dead fish'.
- If the person can catch the ball, they may return to serve.
- After a certain time the trainer calls stop and whoever has the least 'dead fish' has won.
Learning storage:
- In pairs.
- One person serves to the other over the net.
- Change after a while.
- Middle or top hand.
