  • One of the two front players in the lines calls "MINE" or "I GOT IT" (agree beforehand).

drawing Defence short and long
Execution
  • Begin in an upright position.
  • Bring your hands to the ground while keeping your legs straight.
  • Walk forward with small steps using your hands until you can go no further.
  • Then move your feet towards your hands, using only your ankles for small steps.
  • Repeat these movements several times.
Execution
  • Place a mat randomly in each court.
  • A group is ready to serve on both sides.
  • Serve the ball onto the mat.
  • Follow your ball and join the line on the opposite side.
  • Try to hit the mat as often as possible.
Objective
  • Players should try to stand as close to the backline as possible.
  • If they are unsuccessful, they may stand closer to the net.
Game Setup
  • The objective is to get three in a row.
  • There are two teams per game.
  • Use nine hoops arranged in a square (3x3).
  • Each team has three ribbons in their own colour.
Execution
  • The first player from each team runs to the hoops and places a ribbon.
  • The player quickly runs back and tags the next player.
  • When a player has no more ribbons, they may move a ribbon.
  • The team that first gets three in a row wins the game.
Execution
  • Pass the ball in pairs.
  • Use both overhand and underhand techniques.
Execution
  • Pay close attention to the execution: the pass must be high so that the player can catch the ball overhead.
  • For a pass to the right, place the right foot forward.
  • For a pass to the left, place the left foot forward.
  • Keep the eyes and shoulders in the direction of play.
Exercise
  • The exercise is performed in groups of three with one ball.
  • Player 1 and Player 2 stand next to each other, not too close to the net.
  • Player 3 stands opposite Player 1 at the back of the court.
  • Player 1 throws the ball straight to Player 3.
  • Player 3 plays the ball diagonally to Player 2.
  • Player 2 catches the ball and throws it straight back to Player 3.
  • Player 3 plays the ball diagonally to Player 1.
  • Player 3 moves after each action.
Execution
  • Set up two gymnastics boxes, starting as low as possible (one layer).
  • Place the boxes at a distance equivalent to an attack approach apart.
  • Optionally, place marker mats for the approach.
  • Jump with both feet onto the first box and land with both hands raised off the box.
  • Perform an attack approach to the second box: short, long, connect, take off (rhythm: 1...2.3).
  • Note: take off with both feet and swing the arms backward during the large step.
  • End on the box with both hands in the air (optionally clap hands).
  • Then perform two block jumps at the net. Pay attention to lateral steps and move around the cone.
  • The trainer throws a dive ball: slide on the stomach, retrieve the ball, and place it in the bin.
  • Join the end of the line for the next jump.
Execution
  • Work in pairs with one ball and a net in between.
  • Start at the 3-meter line and serve gently to each other.
  • Focus on the toss and concentration.
  • Increase the distance if this goes well.
  • Repeat increasing the distance if successful.
Execution
  • Everyone stands in a line with the ball between their feet.
  • Jump continuously with the ball between the legs.
Variants
  • Variant 1: Jump with both feet towards another line.
  • Variant 2: Perform a jump forward, turn half a rotation, jump backward, turn half a rotation, and so on.
  • Variant 3: Place cones or markers and zigzag sideways without turning the face. Make it a competition.
Setup
  • 2 teams of 6, 8, 10, or 12 players.
  • 1 player on the court, the rest stand behind the end line in the waiting area.
Execution
  • The trainer introduces the ball into play to court A or B.
  • Players may only play the ball underhand.
  • After playing the ball, the player steps out and someone from the waiting area takes their place.
  • In case of an error, the player ensures ball safety and encourages the team.
  • If all players from one team are played out, the other team earns a point.
