- 1 vs. 1 with mat in between. Throwing the ball over via the mat. Do not run with the ball.
- Variation: try to throw in such a way that the ball cannot be caught
- Variation: hit the ball through the mat.
- Variation: 2 against 2: 1 person hitting, other ball passing.
- Variation: 2 balls. 1 ball throw over, other play through the mat
- 2 people facing each other, net in between
- First throw the ball calmly over the net
- Throw the ball over the net with increasing difficulty
- Then via bounce under the net
2 working groups:

- Make 2 Trios.
- 1st trio goes behind 7 meter line on belly.
- Trainer with ball carrier in corner of field.
Execution:
- Trainer claps on ball and immediately plays down field.
- First ball must be played in 3 meter zone, non-reception player catches ball in pass position
- other players stand on attacking home the moment ball is caught and call for pass.
Group 2
- 3 players with ball at the net.
- Others go to work, starting in corner of field
- Get short ball first, far ball and back a short ball.
Make pairs.
Two pawns per pair.

- One throws the ball and the other passes.
- When passing, make sure the ball can be caught overhead.
- Throw the ball left and then right.
- Increase the pace during the exercise.
- Scramble to practice understanding.
- The players stand in front of the net with a ball
- They throw the ball into the net
- They take the ball out underhand
- Do a reception short over the net
- They crawl under the net and catch the ball
- They roll the ball and dive after it
- They start again

- Number 1 in line gets a ball from the 1st player at the net.
- This player can choose to throw the ball near or far.
- Once caught, throw it back to the 1st player and then to the 2nd player at the net who does the same.
- This is done at high speed.
Tap game with 1 ticker. The rest must try to catch the stretch bands and eventually the tennis ball along two sides of the square.
- If the ticker ticks you, you must put the stretching band back and try again.
- The game can be made more difficult by, for example, enlarging the square or removing those who are tapped from the game.
- 3 pawns in a row.
- Groups of two players.
- Goal is to move the ball further per pawn.
- On pawn 1 there is a ball.
- Player 1 brings the ball from the back line back to the base and gives it to player 2.
- The latter then runs with ball to pawn 2 and puts the ball there and runs back to the base.
- Player 1 then rushes to the 2nd pawn to pick up the ball there and pass it to player 2 who then takes the ball to the 3rd pawn.
- Then back from pion 3 to pion 2, to pion 1.
- The player jumps over the fence and then jumps with 1 leg into the hoop and back for the next fence, continuing like this until the end
- You jump sideways over the fence and then jump 1 leg into the 2 hoops. Are you at the outer hoop then you jump over the hoop back next to the fence.
- You jump over one fence sideways and back with 1 big step you jump to the other fence and jump back over it and back again and then you sprint to the pawn. then over the ladder.
