Volleyballexercises for u17
- There are 3 threesomes, a 1 playmaker and 1 libero.
- 1 trio will serve and defend, 1 trio will block and 1 trio will pass, along with the libero, and attack.
- Sets always start at 18-18 and the match is played between attackers and defenders/blockers.
- Attackers can only score directly from the side-out.
- If the ball is defended, it must be caught by the right forward.
- If that succeeds, it is a point for the defenders/blockers, otherwise for the attackers.
- 3-team on one side of net, remaining players on other side at position 1.
- Players at position 1:
- Sprint to opposite side along court.
- Make dive at pawn.
- Around pawn and short-long-short defense.
- They get this ball from the players at the net.
- The next player starts as soon as the player in front of them has made a dive.
All together Guusje game.

- Play in, peppering.
- Touch the ground 1/2 hands
- 1x check for yourself, 2nd ball smash or push ball
- Throw on overhand and make sure there is a good pass.
Possibly diagonally follow must be a 3 and a 4 team.
Divide the group in 2:

Variations:

Evelin/Senne/EseraiTrainer throws the ball from pos.4 ,
- SV plays the ball back BH. 2 setters alternate (note: good technique, tight ball clear past the net) Eserai catch it high because of technique timing
- SV makes a block on 3 and plays the ball back BH.
- SV plays the ball backwards to the receiver at position 2
- SV makes a block at 3 and plays the ball backwards to the receiver at position 2.

Trainer bounces ball high from position 5, player has to run in from position 2 and play ball overhand back to player at position 5, this player catches the ball and joins the back of the line, player who played the ball overhand goes to position 5 to catch it.
Same but the player who has to play the brace plays backwards to the player behind him. This player catches the ball, throws the ball to the player at position 5. Everyone moves one spot forward.

- With points system - 2 players each at the starting potty with 1 ball. Play the ball to each other.

Players play in a Z by means of an intermediate button, the 1st player takes the place of the 2nd. - Idem 1 but ball is thrown into the Tchouk. Player 2 defends.
- Game with only BH and OH in the tchouk, point when the defender cannot defend it is a point. Max 2 contacts per player.

- If point by attack/strike = 2 points, if OH/BH = 1 point.
You can do this exercise as a warm-up. By overthrowing the ball and playing into the received balls.

Organization:
- Trainer/player and ball pit on field B p4.
- Block field B on P2/ P3 and defend p5.
- 2 players on field A on P2/ P3 block.
- Defending field B on P4 and P5.
Execution:
- Trainer/player hits ball to P4/ P5.
- Block and turn immediately after the action.
- Defend ball, setup and attack on P4.

- Divide the team into two groups and have them form two rows facing each other on the 3 meter line.
- Have the players play over the net and then run around the net post to join the other group.
- On 1 side, parallel to the sideline, lay a speedfoot ladder and before joining the line have the players do a drill through the ladder.
- Possibly expand with block jumps, attack passes or strength exercises.
- Importantly, do not allow the ball to fall to the ground, communication is important.
- Possibly add a penalty if the ball falls to the ground.
- Alternate with underarm and overhand.

Sv. has choice of pos. 3 and 4 middle/outside. On both positions double blocking. At the center pos. 4 + 3 and outside pos. 2 + 3.
In addition, the defense is set diagonally.
At center attack, position 1 is shielded, position 5 sits shorter and position 6 defends the deep ball.
Play out rally.
Goal for the offense to score, goal for the defense to defend everything.
