Volleyballexercises for u17

  • On both sides of the field 3 passers and a catcher
  • Other players will serve 3 times
  • Alternate sides
  • Contest most good, losers 5 sit-ups
  • Catcher do not move

Two players are setter who alternate under the net:

1:
  • Trainer throws the ball on from position 5/6.
  • Player plays ball 1, overhand to forward position 4
  • Player comes from position 5 and completes the attack.
  • SV plays ball 2, BH to the back position 2.
  • Player comes from position 1 and finishes the attack.

    Player at position 1 and 5 before the attack, change position each time after the attack.
    Group changes from ball retrieval to attack.
2:
  • Trainer throws the ball on from over the net.
  • Passer at position 5 gives a pass to SV
  • The continuation is the same as the previous exercise:
    • Playmaker plays ball 1, overhand to forward position 4
    • Player comes from position 5 and completes the attack.
    • SV plays ball 2, BH to the back position 2.
    • Player comes from position 1 and finishes the attack.
Explanation with change to position 6. fixed center in the backfield.
  • From the service.
  • From receive.
    So change setter and change solid middle backfield.
Play some rallies: from service, and from receive.
Note: lunar formation.

Possibly explain ABC or agree on signs.

Match 4 against 4.




  • Player 1 serves to player 2.
  • Player 2 pass to Setter and set-up backward to player 3.
  • Player 3 attack straight through.
  • Player 1 starts defending on position 5 after the serve.

  • Turn over: 6 new passers,1 will pass, 2 will attack and 3 will save .
Variation:
  • With 1 block.
  • At bad pass, trainer throws ball to playmaker.
drawing Storage and Defense
Goal: score as many points as possible in the other person's tire.
  • Duos facing each other with 2 bicycle tires with 1 ball. 
  • You score a point by throwing the ball into the opponent's tire, after which the ball cannot be caught by the opponent.
Variations:
  • With multiple balls.
  • Different type of ball.
  • With or without pass to teammate.
  • With several players.
  • With more ties.

Execution:
  • Trainer hits ball to p4/p5
  • Block and turn immediately open
  • Defended ball attacks on p4
  • Block-defend-catch

Running:
  • Attack p4-block p2-block p3-reserve
  • Block p2-block- p3-reserve p5-defend p5
Organization:
  • 2 passers on field A on p5 and p6
  • Playmaker at the net
  • Attacker on p3
  • Serve on field B
  • Blocker on field B at p3
  • Defender on field B at 5

Execution:
  • Service on passers.
  • Server defends on p1
  • Pass set up attack on 3 (1st or 2nd pace)

After 5 attacks on p3 change.

Organization Field A:
  • Playmaker on 2
  • Attackers on 4
  • Defender on 5 + reserve
  • Field B:
  • Blockers on 2 and 3
  • Attackers on 4/5

Execution:
  • Tr/player throws/strikes ball at defender
  • Pass-set-up attack
  • Running:
    • Attacker becomes block at 2
  • Block at 2 goes to 3
  • Block at 3 goes to throw/strike
  • Thrower becomes reserve defender on field A
  • Defender becomes attacker at field A
Organization:
  • Field A passer on p6, Sv on p2 and attacker on p4 at the net
  • Field B defender on p5, thrower/server on p1 and block on p2

Execution:
  • Technical service on passer.
  • Pass to SV and attack on p4
  • Both SV and passer give attack coverage
  • If block, defend and attack again
  • If defending, pass to passer and attack again
  • If scoring, switch.
  • Maximum 3 attacks

  • 3 laps of warm up

  • Play in 2 teams
  • 2x OH followed by 2x BH
  • 3 or 4 teams, pass the ball

  • Then run after the ball with the whole group on the diagonal field.
  • Play from 2 to 5, but run around the pawn on 1 and 4.

  • Sparring in variations:
    • Team of 4 or 3 plays from a fixed spot
    • 2 defenders
    • 1 setter
    • 1 attacker
  • Setter plays the ball BH to the attacker,
  • The attacker starts to push the defenders,
  • These play the ball to the setter.
  • Push ball can become smash.
  • Each 4 minutes on position.

  • 2 groups will practice passing and running.
  • Trainer throws ball to:
    • 3 process the ball to setter on 2,5 (setter runs every time from 3 to 2,5) and plays a rally.
    • Points of attention
      • Setter goes on defence after the set-up.

      • Attack on 3 or 4

  • Pay attention to the positions of the other players:
    • If setter is at 2, no problem. 4 goes to back, along with 5,6 and 1 defend.
    • If setter is at 3, rotation with 2. 4 goes to back, along with 5,6 and 1 defend.
    • If setter is on 4. position 2 goes to defend along with 1,6 and 5 and then attack on 3. 
    • Position goes attack on 4.
  • Ball to TR (2/3) who thus determines how the pass is.
  • 3 defenders on 1 side others go with 1 SV attacking from 52 and C
  • Ball pit in the back of the pitch and the attacker throws the ball to the SV

  • Both sides a number of players and SV
  • Player puts the ball on
    • SV plays it back (to libero or attacker)
  • Then the ball is attacked at 52
  • The libero stays standing on the other side the defender (ball from the SV back) attacks this ball himself.
