  • A plays to SV.
  • SV runs in to 2/3 and gives set to TR.
  • TR attacks A and A defends to SV.
  • After this to position 5 to defend a short ball which B throws in.
Turn as follows:
  • A retrieves the ball and joins B.
  • B goes to SV position on 3 meter line.
  • SV off defending ball from A and goes to position 1.

  • Two balls and 4 groups. 
  • A and D play across and C and B also where the net players play BH and the eight-field players play OA.
  • After playing B go to A. From A go to D, from D go to C and back to B again.

Players perform some running forms via pawns:
  • 2 forward, 1 backward.
  • Ditto, sideways.
  • Lateral movement "through" the pawns.
  • Knee lifts over the pawns.
  • Jumping over the pawns.

  • Then blocking in the middle.
  • The one who stepped out to the left blocks along on the middle and then joint movement to the outside to set a block in pairs.
  • Stepping out to the right and blocking in pairs on the outside.
  1. Pairs: the one at the net has the ball, the other player starts on the three-meter line.
    1. Ball is bounced on the ground and then thrown immediately towards 6 meters.
    2. On the bounce, the person who is going to pass may move.
    3. Move quickly, get behind the ball and deliver good pass.
  2. Again the pairs: the one at the net has the ball, the other player starts on the three-meter line.
    1. The ball is thrown with a bounce.
    2. As a result, the ball can also come left or right, so it must be moved not only backwards, but also sideways.
  3. Again the pairs: the one at the net has the ball, the other player starts on the three-meter line.
    1. Now the ball is thrown up and bounced, so it must be defended.

  • Trainer stands at the net with a ball.
  • 3 players enter the field each time.
  • Trainer hits ball towards defenders, who pass ball back to trainer and immediately get ready to defend next ball.
  • When the ball hits the ground, new trio enters the field.
  • High tempo.

  • Pairs with 1 ball.
  • Player at the net has the ball.
  • Who hits the ball out of position to defender who is ready at 6 meters.
  • Defender plays ball back into attacker's hands.
  • Attacker catches ball and hits again.
  • After 5x substitutions
Variant:
  • Same only now play continues so attacker no longer catches the ball but plays it to himself and then attacks from position.
  • Attacker now jumps at attack.
  • There are 3 threesomes, a 1 playmaker and 1 libero.
  • 1 trio will serve and defend, 1 trio will block and 1 trio will pass, along with the libero, and attack.
  • Sets always start at 18-18 and the match is played between attackers and defenders/blockers.
  • Attackers can only score directly from the side-out.
  • If the ball is defended, it must be caught by the right forward.
  • If that succeeds, it is a point for the defenders/blockers, otherwise for the attackers.
  • 3-team on one side of net, remaining players on other side at position 1.
  • Players at position 1:
    • Sprint to opposite side along court.
    • Make dive at pawn.
    • Around pawn and short-long-short defense.
    • They get this ball from the players at the net.
  • The next player starts as soon as the player in front of them has made a dive.

  • Row of attackers and blockers on the 3 -meter line.
  • TR plays rally ball on attacker 1.
  • Blocker 4 goes to the net.
  • 1 passes to S and calls where he wants the set-up; left, center or right.
  • Blocker follows the attacker and blocks.
  • Attacker gets the ball, connect behind your own row of attackers.
  • When the attackers score 10 x the attacker and blocker switch.
