Execution
- Three players stand at the net with a ball.
- They alternate playing the ball short and long.
- Defenders move from right to left.
Execution
- Begin in an upright position.
- Bring your hands to the ground while keeping your legs straight.
- Walk forward with small steps using your hands until you can go no further.
- Then move your feet towards your hands, using only your ankles for small steps.
- Repeat these movements several times.
Game Setup
- The objective is to get three in a row.
- There are two teams per game.
- Use nine hoops arranged in a square (3x3).
- Each team has three ribbons in their own colour.
- The first player from each team runs to the hoops and places a ribbon.
- The player quickly runs back and tags the next player.
- When a player has no more ribbons, they may move a ribbon.
- The team that first gets three in a row wins the game.
Distribution
- Divide the group into two teams.
- Use two half courts per team.
- Each team member attaches a clothespin to their knee pad.
- The objective is to collect as many clothespins as possible by taking them from others.
- Stay low.
- Keep weight on the balls of the feet.
- Improve footwork.
- Warm-up.
Setup
- 2 teams of 6, 8, 10, or 12 players.
- 1 player on the court, the rest stand behind the end line in the waiting area.
- The trainer introduces the ball into play to court A or B.
- Players may only play the ball underhand.
- After playing the ball, the player steps out and someone from the waiting area takes their place.
- In case of an error, the player ensures ball safety and encourages the team.
- If all players from one team are played out, the other team earns a point.
Execution
- Begin at the end line.
- Run to the first line and touch it.
- Return to the start line and touch it.
- Run to the second line and touch it.
- Return to the first line and touch it.
- Run to the third line and touch it.
- Repeat this pattern, each time going one line further.
- Player is facing the wall.
- Trainer calls and throws ball from the 3-meter line.
- Player turns and plays the ball
- First the ball may still be caught, then more difficult and finally passed underarm / overhead.
- Always change and connect behind.
- Possibly divide group into 2 teams (if help trainer is present).
- 2 people facing each other, net in between
- First throw the ball calmly over the net
- Throw the ball over the net with increasing difficulty
- Then via bounce under the net
- Playing the ball with overhand technique when the ball reaches this height.
- Giving the ball sufficient height.
- Playmaker may catch the ball.

- Focus on stretching the arms while passing
- Practice playing the ball with sufficient height
- Repeat the exercise regularly to improve technique
- Starting in the back at a distance of about 3 meters
- Play in pairs towards the net
- Always play one meter diagonally forward
- Play overhead, underhand, backhand
- Hit the last ball over the net
- If necessary, play a ball in front of yourself
- If too easy, increase distance
