Initial Setup
  • All players have one ball each.
  • All players stand within the three-point line.
Procedure
  • Each player is a tagger with the ball.
  • Knock the ball away from the other players.
  • Players who lose their ball are out and perform perfect shots.
Progression
  • As the group becomes smaller, make the circle smaller.

Throw-In from Baseline - After Opponent's Score
  • Positions: Thrower, ball handler, wing player, corner player (spots).
  • Try to pass quickly and avoid too much dribbling.
Throw-In from Sideline
  • Positions: Thrower, ball handler, wing player, corner player (spots).
Throw-In from Baseline - Offensive Half
  • The thrower never stands under the basket.
  • The other three players stand on the designated line.
  • The thrower calls "GO".
  • The middle player runs towards the basket.
  • If the ball cannot be received, make space again.
  • The player on the same side as the thrower runs to the corner.
  • The player on the opposite side of the thrower runs along the corner towards the basket.
Setup
  • Three teams of three players each.
  • Two teams are on the court, one team is off the court.
Execution
  • The coach shoots the ball.
  • On a defensive rebound, this team swaps with the team off the court.
  • On an offensive rebound, the offence swaps with the defence, and the team off the court continues to wait.
  • The team that is poor at rebounding does not get a rest.

Objective

  • Collect as many cards as possible by scoring and performing the corresponding exercises.

Execution

  • Participants shoot at the basket and may take a card if they score.
  • Each card has a symbol: clubs, spades, hearts, or diamonds.
  • Each symbol represents a specific fitness exercise:
    • Hearts: Push-ups
    • Spades: Squats
    • Clubs: Burpees
    • Diamonds: Lunges
  • After picking a card, the player performs the corresponding exercise the number of times indicated on the card. For example, Hearts 4 means 4 push-ups.
  • After the exercise, they may continue shooting.
  • The group with the most cards wins.
Rules
  • Focus is on team play and collaboration.
  • Upon a steal or deflection, the defence must initiate a quick counterattack.
Coaching Focus
  • Tempo: Players must attack quickly but make smart decisions.
Execution
  • Players should try to take the initiative in the offence.

  • Play one-on-one. The defender passes the ball to the attacker at the three-point line. Each team takes turns to avoid interference. Each team stays on its own half.

  • A maximum of three dribbles is allowed.
Regression
  • The defender plays with one hand behind their back.
  • The defender plays with both hands behind their back.

Setup
  • Form 5 groups of 4 players or 4 groups of 6 players.
Execution
  • Dribble as quickly as possible to and fro with the left hand and tag the next player.
  • Dribble as quickly as possible to and fro with the right hand and tag the next player.
  • Dribble as quickly as possible to and fro, alternating dribbling with both hands.
  • Dribble as quickly as possible slaloming through the cones.
Objective
  • The team that finishes first wins.
Basic Setup:

  • Players not participating wait at the midline in 3 groups
  • Coach has the ball
Progression:
  • Coach passes to 1 player
  • Player opposite runs first to the midline and then returns to defence

  • Allow defender to run a shorter distance

Execution
  • Three players perform a "weave" movement.
  • Player 1 finishes the attack with a score.
  • Players 2 and 3 receive a pass at the side of the court and take a shot.
  • After their shot, they collect their own rebound.
  • The objective is to collectively score 100 points within 1 minute and 30 seconds.

  • Use the entire court.
  • Two players are positioned on the right side at the centre line ready for a lay-up.
  • Two players are positioned on the left side at the centre line ready for a lay-up.
  • Three players are positioned on the right sideline, level with the free-throw line.

Progression
  • Players at the centre line start with their lay-up.
  • After the lay-up, they take their own rebound and make an outlet pass to the waiting player on the sideline.
  • Then they join the sideline group, level with the free-throw line.
Execution
  • Lay-up, power lay-up, lay-back, jump stop.
Progression
  • Change of direction at the three-point line.
  • Cross-over, behind the back, reverse dribble at the centre line.
  • After the lay-up, remain in a defensive position.
Regression
  • Take a shot instead of a lay-up.

  • Blue begins behind the free-throw line.
  • Red stands with the ball and their back against Blue.
  • At the starting signal, Blue sprints to the baseline and returns to defend.
  • Red sprints to the centre line and returns to attack.

Execution
  • Each exercise lasts 30 seconds and is performed with both the right and left hand.
Exercises
  • Move the ball around the body without dribbling.
  • With legs spread, hold the ball between the legs, one hand in front and one behind, release the ball and quickly switch hands.
  • Make a figure-eight movement around and through the legs without dribbling.
  • Toss the ball upwards and catch it behind the back, starting low and gradually higher.
  • Dribble around one leg; 10 times and then around the other leg, changing direction.
  • Dribble at knee height beside the body, left and right.
  • Dribble very low in front of the body, left and right.
  • Perform a crossover in front of the body with 2 dribbles.
  • Perform a crossover in front of the body with 1 dribble, keeping the ball low.
  • Stand still and dribble through the legs from front to back with 1 dribble.
  • Stand still and dribble through the legs from front to back in a figure-eight pattern, in both directions, left and right.
  • Perform a V-dribble with 1 hand in front of the body, left and right.
  • Perform an in-and-out dribble in front of the body, left and right.
  • Dribble beside the body from front to back at knee height, left and right.
