  • Attacker with ball may not put a foot in the Bucket.
  • Attacker may only shoot 3-pointers when free.
  • 1 point for foot in the Bucket and 1 point if 3-point shot hits the hoop.
  • After 20 seconds, interception or point of attackers switch attack-defense.

  • 3 men start on the baseline.
  • 4th man stands around the penalty line and throws the ball to the hoop.
  • The 3 go in front rebounding and try to throw the ball in.
Score is a point but rebounding the ball after scoring is also a point.
Whoever gets to the 5 first exchanges for the shutter.
May be physical.

  • 2 players start at the head of the paint.
  • Between them is a chair with a ball.
  • They first sprint to the baseline, the first to the ball may attack in the paint.
  • Continues until there is a score.

  • Players start with left layups.
  • The number of players present determines how many balls are hit.
  • First they warm up and then after some time 30 balls are hit.
  • After the 30 layups are hit, they go directly to 20 jump shots hit. These shots are shot from mid-range.
  • When this is done, they change sides.
  • First they warm up again and then they hit the 30-20 balls again.
  • Players distribute to 2 baskets.
  • Each player shoots 2 free throws at a time.
  • After the free throws regardless of hit or miss the player runs a sprint up and down the court. It is important that the players give 100%.
  • After the sprint they go back to the free throw line and shoot 2x free throws again.
It is important that players build their fitness and simulate a game where they also have to take rest during their free throws while they should be.

  • Start with 3 on the 123 spots.
  • Ball is on the 1.
  • Read and react to own option.
  • Later add 2 defenders, ball at defender mat pass to attackers.
  • For delay, attackers must have passed 1 first.

5 attackers and 5 defenders.
  • Defenders stand as a zone and start communicating where the ball is and who has the ball.
  • Player opposite the ball makes a closeout, the rest move so that they are in the direct pass line or are a good help side.
  • Attackers may take 1 step to pass and overhead passes are allowed.
This drill is really about communication.
After 10/15 passes, a shot may be attempted and communication is also important here. 
SHOT must be called so that a good boxing out occurs.

  • Ball goes to right player and shoots.
  • If score 2 or 3 points.
  • Everyone goes for the rebound.
  • Rebound counts as 1 point, even if scored on offensive rebound.
  • Offense continues.
  • Defensive rebound.
  • Parties switch.

  • Three rows on baseline, balls to one side.
  • Pass from side to middle and goes to 1/4 of sideline.
  • Pass from middle to other sideline and sprint to sideline-centerline.
  • Pass from baseline to sideline and sprint to middle of center line.

On 4 spots behind 3-line are shooters.
On baseline a 2 passers with 4 balls.


  • Each ball goes to first shooter on sideline, who passes to next etc. etc.
  • Until 4th ball is at other sideline, shooter shoots.
  • 3rd ball at 3rd shooter shoots.
  • 2nd ball at 2nd shooter and 1st at 1st shooter and shoots.
  • Then rotate position.
3 minutes get as many points as possible or with more than 12 players teams shoot against each other.

2 players start on baseline.
  • They sprint to elbow and backwards again to baseline,
  • From there SLIDES to corner baseline and then a sprint to the sideline other side.

  • 2 players start in corner baseline.
  • Sprint to elbow of paint, there they turn a circle.
  • From there to the centerline - sideline and make a turn there as well.
  • Then to the elbow of the paint on the other side, turn and run to the corner.
