Basketballexercises for technique warming-up

  • Make 2 teams.
  • Each team stands ready on one side of the field on the back line.
  • Put as many balls as players on both the 3-meter lines.
  • When the trainer/trainer calls GO!, everyone starts rolling the balls to the other side.
  • Whoever has the fewest balls in their field after 3 minutes has won.
  • At trainer's signal, both players start sprinting.
  • Blue must run around first pawn and Red runs straight through to tap Blue.
  • Red becomes Blue and flips over.
Everyone has a ball.
  • Slalom around pylons, possibly with touching.
  • Dribble with bench. Both sides a foot.
  • Back line slides with ball overhead.
  • Dribble to center line and push up.
  • Layup.
Repeat 3 times.
  • 3 rows with each 3 players or more.
  • Ball in the middle.
  • Pass to right start and pass back to center and pass to left and back.
  • Finish with layup or jump stop.
  • Return next to the court and shuffle through to the right.

  • Make a move at zig zag pawns.
    • Cross over.
    • Behind the back.
    • Between the legs.
  • Finishing with a jumpshot inside the three-pointer.

  • Between the two hats and make a euro-step.

  • Players start with left layups.
  • The number of players present determines how many balls are hit.
  • First they warm up and then after some time 30 balls are hit.
  • After the 30 layups are hit, they go directly to 20 jump shots hit. These shots are shot from mid-range.
  • When this is done, they change sides.
  • First they warm up again and then they hit the 30-20 balls again.
With 3 balls.

  • Make 2 rows; 1 on each side.
  • Player dribbles down the field and makes layup. At that point, the next player starts and player 1 must chase.
  • Goes on continuously!
  • Start when player catches up with the other and takes ball away.
Everyone a ball.

  • First part slalom around pylons, possibly touching.
  • Then dribble with bench on both sides a foot.
  • Back line slides with ball above head.
  • Dribble to center line -pressing-.
  • Layup.
Make sure you have good power, deep good slides and a tight pass to the man.

  • First player sprints without the ball to pawn with close out.
  • Slides to the second pawn.
  • Turn around -> get the ball passed to you -> finish the ball.

  • Cross walk with stop and deflect and back-flip.
  • Foot to knee.
  • Knee to chest.
  • Frog-jump.
  • Arms forward and extend leg to front, flush to hands.
  • Same leg swing but then swing through to back.
  • Lunge: right foot behind then tap the right heel with left hand.
  • After 2 SLIDES lunge position and then rotate torso to left and right.
  • Right foot to the back and grab with left hand, then left hand far up.
  • Right foot back and grasp with left hand, then extend left hand forward.
  • Back with knees raised, after 3 backs, sag.
  • Make long with both arms and then drop through knee on 1 leg, then SLIDES step.
  • Each player has a ball
  • The group is divided into 2 groups each at a ring
  • The first player of the group attacks the first cone, where he does a change of direction (variation).
  • Thus to the next cone where he repeats this until he reaches the ring on the other side, where he finishes according to the indicated variation.
