Handball drills

  • You make 9 compartments with hats
  • Divide the group into 2 teams
  • Each team gets 3 vests
  • Each team tries to make 3 in a row
  • When all the hats are down, the next player can move 1 hat at a time

  • Make 2 equal teams that will relay against each other
  • Make it harder by placing obstacles

  • Create 2 teams.
  • Each team defends the sideline.
  • As a team, try to reach the sideline -back line- and put the ball on the ground.
  • You may only throw the ball sideways or backwards.
  • The defense may defend as in rugby, but may not tackle.
Variations:
  • The ball must be passed at least 5 times.
  • The ball must go across in 6 times. No more, no less.

  • The attackers must move from one side of the field to the other to reach the pawns.
  • The trainer throws the ball into the field.
  • One of the two players has the ball and goes to attack, while the other goes to defend.

  • Player stands slightly in front of the markers

Shooting game where they get to take a card when they have scored. Each playing card shows a "color," clubs, spades, hearts or diamonds. Each color represents a fitness exercise.

Hearts: Push-ups, Spades: Squat, Clubs: Burpee, Diamonds: Lunges.

Once they have picked a card, they must first perform the corresponding exercise, they do this the number the card indicates. For example, Hearts 4 = 4 push-ups. Then they may continue shooting again. Group with the most cards, has won.

  • The attackers LO / RO are put in motion to RH / LH.
  • They receive the ball back only after being set up between two players.
  • LO / RO get the ball in motion and throw into the short corner.
  • The goalkeeper taps the far post and gets into the correct position to stop the ball in the short corner.

  • Defenders try to tap player with ball or intercept ball
  • Attackers give pass in movement to free-standing attacker

  • Players divide into 2 groups and stand to the right and left of the goal
  • Goalkeeper must take turns tapping the ball from the players. Must be at pace in connection with players who are going to round off
  • After tapping the ball, players slide with the ball over the back line via right or left to the sideline
  • Arrived in the corners sprints to the middle line without bouncing
  • Then round off at the goalkeeper
