Handballexercises for u10
- Large thick mat.
- 1 player lies on the mat and tries to intercept balls directly or indirectly.
- Always kneeling or lying position.
- 2 duos are facing each other, in between is parallel a line marked with 2 poles.
- There stands a 5th player who tries to intercept the balls, which are passed with bounce.
Good exercise for goalkeepers.
Players stand in pairs in a plank position facing each other.
- Roll 1 ball, right hand to right hand, left hand to left hand.
- Tip to each other.
- Throw over without the ball touching the ground.
- The players stand in a square.
- 1 player throws the ball 1 way and runs in the other direction and moves up one position.
- Note, never throw diagonally.
- 5 players stand in the front of 2 triangles: 2 facing each other /1 next to them/ then again 2 facing each other next to them.
- Passing is done with 2 balls.
- The pairs play across, but also to the middle if that player is turned their way.
- That middle player plays back to the duo and then turns around again.
- 1 player defends a hat with their arms behind their back.
- The other player tries to hit the hat with the ball.
- Special attention to footwork!
- 2 goalkeepers
- 2 players on the circle, throw the ball to the trainer.
- Players run, get ball from trainer and while overplaying go across to finish. Possibly with movement inside.
- In 2 groups.
Set up 2 times hats in a square turned into a diamond, about 4 meters wide.

- They start running towards the twisted square.
- Tap the back hat first.
- Run backwards !
- Tap the front hat.
- Then right and left and back.
As soon as the player has crossed the line, the next one can.
2 players 1 at 6, other at about 11 meters
- Attacker runs towards defender, makes throwing motion, but is repelled.
- Attacker runs backwards, and tries to dribble past and finish.
- Defender tries to intercept the ball.
Can be done on at least 8 stations.
- 5 players stand on the 6 meters and hold hands.
- One attacker tries to dribble past and finish.
- Simple exercise to practice moving with the ball
- 2 stations - change attackers every time.
- 4 pawns, for 2 starting spots and corner shot / side shot.
- 2 starting points, in corner and in front, left or right.
- 1st station: In the corner, bounce or throw the ball on the ground, then turn and make a long jump shot - let the goalkeeper run out.
- 2nd station from sideline, throw ball on and jump shot
On the other side in mirror image to practice other angle.
- 2 rows at the 6 a 7 meter line.
- Everyone has a ball.
- In the middle are 10 balls.
- Take turns passing the ball to the goalkeeper and throwing it in.
- Quickly around the pawn and back to build-up position.
