Players lie in pairs next to each other in "the rabbit hole
"There is 1 loose rabbit and 1 hunter.
The hunter tries to tap the loose rabbit. That rabbit may lie down next to a pair, turning the outer player into a hunter, and the hunter into a rabbit.

  • Everyone dribbles within 9 or 6 yards.
  • There are 1 or more dribbling tappers.
  • If you are tapped, you are not free again until a ball is passed under your legs.
  • Note, are you tapped while you have no ball, special assignment! Jump over a row of hats or hurdles with 2 legs, etc.
Course of exercise:
  • Twosome starts with the ball;
    • A throws to B;
    • A runs to the position of B;
    • B throws ball to other player at position A.
Assignment form:
  • Form two groups of three people;
    • Each group a ball.
Example form:
  • Preform the exercises you give so participants understand.
Observation Form:
  • See if the participants are throwing into their hands;
  • See if participants are doing the exercise easily:
    • Increase the distance or decrease the distance between the players.
Coaching Form:
  • Play the ball into the other person's hands;
    • Step out the moment you throw the ball.

Players must throw each other off, but may not run with the ball.

  • If you are off, then you walk like a zombie to the bench and stand on it.
  • If a ball is caught, and someone yells 'zombie ball'! then everyone is free again.
  • You may also try to throw off the person who hit you from the bench. Also then you can go back into the field.
Can also be done with 2 teams.
Circuit:
  • Zig-zag partoon with flat markers: walk forward and backward, pay attention to light stride, especially forefoot.
  • Then dribble to:
    • Goal on side next to center line, put bench in front of it. Make jump shot.
    • Left of goal 5 pawns: dribble slalom
    • Do a head roll on the mat.
    • Then to the right, there is a pawn at 6 meters, very diagonal to the goal. Make jump shot at 2 pawns standing in the goal.
At 3 positions, within the 9 meters, lay down marking circles.
  • 2 for the null pass, then right-left-right or left-right-left.
  • No jumping.
  • Finishing on 1 leg standing and falling forward is allowed.
  • 2 players on one side, about 10 metres apart (possibly mark with hats or pawns, 1 on the other side)
  • Of the 2 players, 1 dribbles to the other side and plays the ball, either directly or through the ground
  • The receiving player dribbles to the other side again and plays off, etc.
  • 2 teams - 2 mats (or 2 or 3 bicycle tyres) - many balls
  • Line up 10 metres apart, with a mat on each side and balls on the mats.
  • Teams take the balls and dribble to their own side as fast as they can.
  • Who has all the balls wins. (Good luck ;-)
  • Per pair a hat and a ball
  • 1 Player defends the hat with his hands behind his back
  • The other tries to hit the hat with the ball. No throwing!
Variant from the E:
  • With hands and frontal hold. No clenching!
  • Throwing over, pay attention to correct posture, elbow at shoulder height, left in front, etc.
  • Throwing over with a running movement (left-right-left)
  • Throwing over with the left side
  • Throwing over behind the back
  • Always aim for the right (catching) hand. Catch with 2 hands - via the ground

From the E:
  • Passing with a jump shot
  • Passing underhand
  • Sideways pass
  1. Dribble around 4 hats (past the goal)
  2. 3 Rolls with the ball on the mat
  3. Jump with 2 feet over 3 double hats
  4. Dribble over the 9 meter line to the side goal, pass the ball to the trainer, catch it again and shoot at pawns in the goal.
  • The group is split in two, in the middle is a large heavy ball.
  • Everyone is going to throw against it and try to get the ball over the line at the other side.
