Hockey drills

  • Player 1 plays to A.
  • A accepts and drives around pylons and finishes on goal.
  • A positions immediately after shot on goal for 2nd ball.
Almost simultaneously plays:
  • Player 2 to B.
  • Player B drives ball around circle and plays to player B.
Attention:
  • Timing. when does player 2 start.
  • After shot immediate switching and positioning.
  • Player A must be played into the run/movement.

  • B passes alternately to C or D.
