Hockeyexercises for technique condition
- There is a box of 4 different colored pawns.
- The players start 5 to 10 meters away from the box (in this case the 23 meter line).
- The trainer calls out a number of colors in succession.
- E.g. Blue red orange blue.
- The players then run to those pawns and then back to where they started.
- Player RED comes out of the square and offers himself to player BLUE.
- BLUE passes to RED as he offers himself.
- Player WHITE pressures RED so it has to accept closed and plays back to BLUE (guard).
- Player RED makes an acceleration to the left or right next to the square.
- Player BLUE passes the ball to player RED looking carefully where RED asks for the ball (forehand or backhand).
- RED takes the ball open and penetrates the circle to finish on goal.
- TURN TO THE OTHER SIDE.
- RED JOINS AT STARTING POINT / BLUE JOINS IN THE SQUARE.

Do you want to get in shape? You can, but you need a few things for it.
- What do you need?
- Pawns
- Soccer
- Clothes you can work out in
- Stairs
- First of all, it's important that you warm up well before you start working on your fitness!
- What do you need to do?
- Run 2 cones to the front 1 to the back and repeat this every time.
- Do that twice
- Take the ball and run with it in 5 circles.
- This will give you ball control and also ensure that you have worked on your fitness for a while.
- You can also do exercises for your condition inside by running 5 times up and down the stairs.
- Run 2 cones to the front 1 to the back and repeat this every time.
- Of course you can give your own twist to how you want to do it, but I find these are the nicest and most fun ways to improve.
- Don't try to run fast the first day without stopping, do it in steps!
- Run 1000 m in four minutes (target time after about three weeks) from start of league half.
- Put out 1,000m on a whole field (2 x pawns on penalty spot and pawns on 23m lines about four metres from the touchline).
- You have a distance of about 200 metres.
- Run this circle five times (H1 level within 4,5 minutes).
- Flats,
- Open take,
- Accelerate & push pass from the run (if necessary, alternate the exercise with other techniques such as hit, push pass, backhand pass)
High tempo switching in a match form.
- 3 teams (blue, red & white);
- Each team consists of 3, 4 or 5 players;
- Attacking team (A) has 1 player in excess (so 3:2, 4:3 ...);
- One player of the defending team (B) stands in the box next to the trainer;
- Non-playing team (C) stands at the centre line;
- When A has scored, they defend with n-1 men;
- Team B sets up at the half way line and then attacks.
- Left-right alternate.
- Coach puts ball in play.
- Turn over:
- Attack on the left: Blue attacks, white defends, red is ready on the right (II)
- Attack on right: Blue defends (n-1), Red attacks, White prepares on left (I)
- Attack over left: White attacks, Red defends (n-1), Blue stands ready (II)
The game is played with at least 4 players
- 1 mouse who has a t-shirt or piece of cloth in the back of his trousers
- 1 dog who has a tennis ball
- 2 cats without attribute
- the mouse runs around with the dog,
- the cats try to grab the tail of the mouse and bring it to their cone
- But the dog can tap the cat with the tennis ball and it will do a punishment of its choice in the camp.
- If there are more players a group can be created and 2 games can be played together.
