  1. Choose 1 warm-up exercise ui the warm-up exercises.
  2. Passing over through the gates:
    1. A starts with the ball and floats forward and pushes the ball through the gate.
    2. B has run along and receives the ball.
    3. B floats forward with the ball and plays the ball through the gate again.
    4. A receives the ball and scores with a flats on the goal
  3. Run and play the ball:
    1. A gives the ball, B points left or right.
    2. A then floats with the ball to that pawn and circles it and floats back to his starting pawn.
    3. A then push the ball to B.
    4. B then does the same thing.
  4. Play a match.

  1. Choose 1 warm-up exercise from the warm-up exercises.
  2. Defending 1 against 1:
    1. A starts with the ball and floats toward the goal.
    2. B may start running when A starts.
    3. B wants to start taking the ball away from A.
    4. If B takes the ball away then she gets to score on the goal.
  3. Attack on goal:
    1. A floats around the pawn with the ball.
    2. B runs in toward A and gets the ball from A with a push.
    3. B runs toward the goal and scores with a flats.
  4. Party play.

  2. Charging and Indian dribble:
    1. A pushes the ball to B and B rebounds the ball wide.
    2. A runs through to the one who can and receives the ball.
    3. A runs the Indian dribble towards the pawn. Fetch the ball from left to right.
    4. After the pawn drift back to the starting pawn.
  3. Passing over the backhand side:
    1. The player runs towards the pawns. You can stand there as a defender.
    2. The player threatens to pass on the left side but then moves to the right. Have them use a Dummy or a Reverse.
    3. Finish with a flats on goal

  • Watching where you walk/drive.
  • Paying attention to 10-yard line before rounding on goal.

  • All players, except the ticker, have a ball.
  • The players walk in the circle or plotted square and float/dribble the ball.
  • Once you are tapped by the ticker your ball goes out of the tapping area and you go to help the ticker.

  • The balls start at player at 1.
  • The player at 1 passes to the player at 2.
  • The player at 2 takes the ball and at that point the four player around 2 may start putting pressure on that player.
  • The player at 2 must manage to find his way and attempt a pass to someone on his team; orange.
  • Can player 2 give the pass, then orange attacks in a 4vs4, can white take the ball away, then white attacks in a 4vs4.
