Hockeyexercises for technique passing
- B runs wide and receives a hard pass from A.
- B makes an elevator assumption over the bar.
- Accelerates around the 2 pawns.

Points of attention
- A should make a hard directed push into the forehand of B.
- B comes offering and runs through the ball. stick to the ground moving forward.
Takes the ball in the run and accelerates with the forehand past the pawns.
Keeping the ball on the stick so NO tapping.
Enters the circle, lines up the ball and hits goal.
Hands together, left foot in front towards the goal, slightly sinking through the knees, finish your stroke. - On the other side is the same thing only there you have to step around the ball when driving past the pawns to keep it on your forehand.
- Swap on the same side so A to B's spot and vice versa.
- When all balls are gone, switch sides and do the exercise on the other side.
Two separate exercises that you can both do for 10 min
- First: the explanation of the tip-in exercise
- B starts running around the pawns and accelerates towards A when he gets to the goal
- A gives a hard, aimed pass in the direction of the goal
- B tips the ball so that it changes direction

Other exercise
- We are going to practise running out

- When E gets the ball he can finish on goal.

- Tips for the attackers
- Keep the ball close to you and screen it with your stick
- Pass the ball over your opponent's backhand side

- Keep your stick on the ground, then you can react much quicker to what your opponent does
- Keep your opponent on the forehand and make sure the AS is close!

- A and B start walking at the same time,
- A floats with the ball on the stick towards the pawn.
- B comes running in and asks A for the ball.

Exercise with a build-up on the right with tip-in variation in it.
- A wants to play a free ball and there is a lot of pressure in front.
- The ball is therefore played back to B
- B receives the ball in the run and makes eye contact with the incoming C who receives the ball and again makes eye contact with the deep running A.
- A takes the ball in the open and drives with the ball on the stick at high speed towards the back line.
- Makes eye contact with the running C and gives a 90 degree pass on the forehand.
- C takes the ball and lines it up and finishes with a strike on goal,
- A stands there actively to tip the ball if necessary.
- To the stag of C, A is right there ready to tip the ball coming from D.
