Set-up 3+1 against 3+1 with goalkeepers.
- Divide your team into 3 teams of 3.
- You are going to play 3 against 3.
- One team wants to start scoring by playing the ball against the tires.
- By keeping the ball pace high, you can play around the defenders.
- The defenders want to drive the ball through one of the blue gates.
- If the attackers play against the tire they switch with the team standing to the side, the defenders stay put.
- If the defenders play through the gate then the defenders go out and the attackers become the defenders and the new team will attack.
- If you have too many players then you can practice the attacking penalty corner
- The coach throws the ball in to the attacking side -the red dots- they are going to attack against the 2 defenders.
- When the defenders take the ball they want to pass it to the two fellow players who are behind the line.
- When this is done then the game is turned up and the 4 players are going to attack and score on the big goal and the 3 defenders want to pass the ball to the bounch board.
- If the attacking side scores on the start then the coach throws a new ball to the people behind the line and play continues there.
- Goal of the defenders is to close the axis and keep the pass lines between the attackers closed and not want to take the ball but guide until the attacker makes a mistake and want to intercept the ball.
- We start with the goalkeeper coming out and kicking ball to defender 1 through the gate.
- Defender 1 runs with a run and takes the ball behind the gate.
- This defender loses possession of the ball to A1 due to a pass into the left up feint space.

In this exercise, we have the defensive midfielder trying to slow down or force an attacking opponent to make a pass or commit a mistake under pressure.
- One player with the ball in the middle and around him are 4 gates with pawns of different colors. RED YELLOW GREEN BLUE.

- A starts with the ball and returns the pass to B.
- B has the ball wide to C.
- D runs into the depths and gets a hard pass from C who finishes his corner.
- A has run through and receives a hard pass from C towards the circle.
