drawing Scoring positions
Make 3 equal teams.
One team starts as defenders in the circle, one team starts as attackers in the circle and the other team starts outside the circle as a bowl.

The goal is for the bowl to pass to each other at tempo and to play to the attackers in the circle.
It is important for the bowl to pre-scan before they receive the ball and to already know where the attackers are or will be in the circle. The
rest of the team then does not participate in the attack, but can get the ball back and then it starts over again.

1 defender is allowed out of the circle to pressure the bowl. the rest of the defenders stay in the circle.
If the defenders take the ball away, they can score in one of the two goals on the side of the
circle.

We play 3:3 where the emphasis is on communicating with each other attacking and defending,
how are you going to stand and how are you going to run free for the other?

A,B,C belong together. The first ball goes to B from there the 3:3 starts.

The defenders are going to put pressure on the ball and don't want the attackers through the axis in any case so make sure it is closed.
When they have conquered the ball, they score in the little goaltop at the side of the field.

drawing 3 against 3 over right
  • A starts with the ball, B comes offering forward and gets the ball from A on his forehand.
  • B takes the ball with a lift action over the pawns. When B has done this a 2:1 is played.
  • B and C belong together and play against the defender standing in the circle.
  • The defender tries to take the ball away and score in the goal on the side.
The exercise can be done on both sides, but please check with each other that we are not playing with 2 players in the circle.

  • When B has accepted the ball the tackle back may run.
  • We then play a 3:2.
For the defenders the goal is to close the axis and pass lines.
For the attackers the most important thing is speed and communication

drawing 3:2 with closing the axis and pass lines
  • We are going to play in a game form with where you are only going to approach your goal from 1 side.
  • Team blue wants to score on the goal that is on the side. They are only allowed to go there from their side of the circle.
  • Team red wants to score on the goal in the circle. They can only get there by going through the box at the back.
  • You may run WITHOUT ball through the others' line but the ball may NOT go through there.
drawing Party form with different sides
  • A starts with the ball and gives a hard aimed push/ flats to B.
  • B takes the ball and plays it back to the passed A.
  • A gives a hard aimed push to C. This may be a ball just into C's stick but may also be a tip ball allowing C to put the ball into the goal with a tip-in.
  • Plot exercise on two sides.
drawing Attacking exercise with running through after your own action
  • The goal of the game is for the defenders to understand how to run in different situations.
  • For the attackers, it is important that they keep the ball pace high and in this way play under the opponent's pressure. And be able to pass to the person in the middle.
