- To pawn 1 pace with ball on forehand on stick. At the pawn a passing move to the left.
- To pawn 2 tempo with ball on stick. At the pawn a dummy.
- To pawn 3 indian dribble. At the pawn hop over the stick and sprint with ball under control to the back line around pawn A to pawn 4 ball on the left side of your body with left or right hand on the stick. At the pawn a seesaw with backhand over the pawns
- Pull the ball to the forehand and at the pion 5 make a reverse and re past the pion
- To pawn 6 and there make a bounce over the pawns
- Slow dribble to the beginning of the pawn
- Player 1 plays in hard to player 2 with flats.
- Player 2 runs in on the ball, takes the ball in stride and turns left or right.
- Player 2 plays the ball in to player number 3 with a hard push.
- Player 2 then runs to pawn number 3 without the ball.
- Player number 3 accepts the ball in the run and runs on to pawn 2.
- Player number 3 hits a regular high shot to player 1.
- Player #1 takes the ball in the run and then plays another flats on the player at the pawn.
- A takes the long corner
- Plays to D instead of B
- D hits the ball on the dot or at the 2nd post
- B stands ready to punch/tip the ball in
- A takes the long corner
- B offers from the back line to the 5 meter circle
- Gets a hard ball that is immediately rebounded to the 2nd post
- D stands there and tips the ball into the goal
- C also offers outside the 5 meter circle, but does not get the ball
- Player A plays the ball with a flats or hard push on C.
- Player C comes running in and rebounds the ball wide at once to player B who has come running in.
- B takes the ball in stride and accelerates with the ball on the stick to the edge of the "dotted circle.
- There he passes the ball with a hard push to player C who has run around the pawn and offers himself.
- The ball is accepted just outside the circle and then taken into the circle with 1x touch and hit on goal.
- Then the player gets a 'rebound' ball played to him from the back line by the trainer and finishes it on the goal.

Player A plays the ball, alone, through the restricted area to player B or C.

- Defended by 2 defenders and a goalkeeper
- Ball and players may not pass through the restricted area
Game ends on a goal or a defending player who hit the ball over the sideline.

- Team blue and team red
- With a controlled pass through the goalmouth, you "conquer" the goal.
- The team that conquered all the goals wins.
- A goal can be recaptured by the other side playing a controlled pass through that goal.

- Attacking formation is 3-3.

- Cover the inside of an attacker so that the way to the goal is covered.

- Attackers compact when ball is in middle of field, when ball is played away to side 1 attacker must run into corner and other 2 attackers assume scoring position in circle.
- Be able to shift ball from side when crowded on 1 side.

- Attackers high pressure on ball / cover play-off opportunities.
- Midfield compact until ball is on one side and then pressure.
Attackers: players 1, 2 and 3
Defenders: player A, B and C

- All other players divide in line behind the defenders.
- Player A starts the game and plays one of the attackers.
After each interruption such as shoot, ball out of the circle or goal, the defenders become attackers and new defenders come in from rows A,B and C.
Play starts immediately after the defender brings in a new ball to 1 of the attackers.

- The attackers join the back of rows A,B and C. Do not run through the game.
- Short attacks of up to 1 minute at high intensity.
Notes:
- Direct pressure to prevent hard ball on goal.
- Road to goal closed.
- Recognize where the danger is; free player.
- Do not give space in the circle.
- Taking away does not always have to be done, keeping path to goal closed is.
- Defenders benefit from quickly passing the ball to the first attacker who is ready.

- C plays to D.
- D plays back to C
- D in banana towards circle
- C passes into space around edge of circle
Attention:
- Timing running action and timing pass
- Speed in the exercise and tight passing
Making it more difficult:
- Using defender. Shine defending.
- Defender delivers the ball.
- Attacker enters the circle via the outside.
- Defender gives pressure as attacker enters the circle.
- Play out 3 versus 2.
- Player 1 plays to A.
- A accepts and drives around pylons and finishes on goal.
- A positions immediately after shot on goal for 2nd ball.
Almost simultaneously plays:
- Player 2 to B.
- Player B drives ball around circle and plays to player B.
Attention:
- Timing. when does player 2 start.
- After shot immediate switching and positioning.
- Player A must be played into the run/movement.
