Inline-skatingexercises for u10
Objective
- Pass the ball to your own team as many times as possible without it bouncing or being blocked and intercepted by the other team.
- The team that completes 5 or 10 passes first wins.
- Form two groups of at least three players.
- Each time the ball bounces, it goes to the other team.
- You cannot pass to the same person twice in a row.
Execution
- Gain a little speed and ride in a straddle position with the skates straight forward.
- Keep the weight on one bent leg, while the other leg is stretched sideways.
- Transfer your weight from one leg to the other without rising up.
- Check if your weight rests on your supporting leg by lifting the stretched leg sideways.
- The skates remain parallel and straight forward, ensuring the speed does not increase.
Execution
- Place cones in a line with a distance of approximately 2 metres between them.
- Slide over the ground, which means skating without the skates leaving the ground, over a cone.
- Transfer your weight from one leg to the other between the cones.
- Simultaneously with the transfer, bring the other pushing leg over the ground until the feet are closed.
- Alternate between left and right.
Execution
- There are at least 2 teams starting behind a starting cone.
- After the starting signal, the first skater departs.
- The skater is allowed to swap 2 cones at a time, either horizontally or vertically, but not diagonally.
- The goal is to consistently achieve 3 cones of the same colour in a row.
Execution
- Skaters are divided into at least two groups.
- The first skater starts at the trainer's signal and takes six small cones to the hoop directly in front of them.
- In this hoop, the skater builds a tower three levels high without letting the cones fall.
- If the cones fall, the skater starts building again.
- After constructing the tower, the skater dismantles it and takes it back to their group.
- Now it is the second skater's turn to skate with the cones and build.
Execution
- Everyone skates over the lines without touching a specific colour.
- At the indicated colour, they must jump over it.
- Each round, there is a different colour that must not be touched.
- There is a tagger in the middle who can tag participants.
- If you touch a line, you are immediately out of the game.
- One trainer participates, while the other checks for cheating.
Game Play
- Everyone starts with one cone.
- Music plays in the background.
- When the music stops, everyone must stand by a cone.
- After each round, one cone is removed.
- Those without a cone are out of the game.
Execution
- Members lie on their stomachs in a circle while the taggers, identifiable by their red fluorescent vests, stand upright in the circle.
- When the trainer, dressed in blue, rolls balls towards the taggers, all members may stand up and spread out across the hall.
- The game "hunter ball" now begins. Anyone who is tagged can place their arms at their sides, spread their legs, or place an arm against the wall.
- After a few minutes, the taggers pass their fluorescent vest to another member.
Game Rules
- Hunter Ball is played in two teams.
- One team wears a fluorescent vest.
- Each player may hold the ball for a maximum of five seconds.
- Whoever is out: opens their legs, hands on hips, arm against the wall.
- Stays on the side of the playing field.
- Each team has a 'dead side'.
Execution
- Work in pairs, where the rear person pushes the front person forward.
- The front person stands on one leg while being pushed.
- Once the designated line is reached, the front person continues to skate on one leg.
- Keep the arms crossed next to the body for extra balance.
- Fully engage the supporting leg.
Task 1 - Slalom Forward
- Support on the outer leg without lifting the other leg.
- Use the upper body for slalom movements.
- Backward: support on the outer leg without lifting the other leg.
- Move forward to a cone of the same colour.
- Lift the leg between two cones.
- Forward: leg horizontal to the back.
- Forward: leg horizontal, deep sitting forward.
- Backward: jump over each cone you encounter with one leg.
- Divide into 4 groups of a few skaters.
- 2 groups perform the same type of task each time.
Execution
- Players take turns skating two laps around the circle in the middle of the hall.
- They hold a small container in their hand, which they pass to the next skater.
- Step on hands with feet spread wide, keeping them on the ground.
- Step forward with one foot on the ground.
- Backward crossover in pairs.
- After each round, an additional player joins.
- The group holds hands.
- When a full team completes a round, the process is restarted.
- One player drops out and waits with their starting container until the last player has skated their round.
