Inline-skatingexercises for u21

Execution
  • Gain a little speed and ride in a straddle position with the skates straight forward.
  • Keep the weight on one bent leg, while the other leg is stretched sideways.
  • Transfer your weight from one leg to the other without rising up.
  • Check if your weight rests on your supporting leg by lifting the stretched leg sideways.
  • The skates remain parallel and straight forward, ensuring the speed does not increase.
Execution
  • Place cones in a line with a distance of approximately 2 metres between them.
  • Slide over the ground, which means skating without the skates leaving the ground, over a cone.
  • Transfer your weight from one leg to the other between the cones.
  • Simultaneously with the transfer, bring the other pushing leg over the ground until the feet are closed.
  • Alternate between left and right.

  • Ramp for jumping.
  • Four large cones to demarcate the area.
Execution
  • Skaters can practice freely within the designated space.
  • Trainers skate around and provide explanations where necessary.
Teams and Cones
  • There are two teams.
  • Each team has a cone positioned 25 metres in front of them.
Execution
  • After the whistle signal, each person from the team skates diagonally to the cone that is opposite the other team and lays it down.
  • Then they continue to their own cone, set it upright, and skate back to their own team.
  • The next person departs and does the same.
  • After a while, one team will have a lead.
  • From the moment you reach your own cone and it is still upright, you earn a point.
