drawing Rapacious thieves game
Attacker uses feints to get past the defender.
  • There are 6 players between the pawns.
  • There must be 1 hole per row of pawns.
  • The other players try to use feints to find the hole.
  • The defenders may only defend widthwise and try to tap the attackers.
  • If you get tapped, you have to start over.
  • If the attackers reach the other side, they get 1 point.
  • After 5 points, the game is switched.
  • The game can be made easier by adding fewer defenders.
drawing Feint attack
Play 3:3
  • Defense tries to prevent the low support
  • Defense tries to push the attacker out as far as possible
  • Playing 3:3 reduces the number of opponents you have to keep an eye on
  • As a defender, make sure you stand in a triangle between ball and defender
  • Aim only to run the defender off the ball
  • If a long ball comes, the defender's first task is to defend
  • 6 players at the pawns, 1 in front.
  • The one in front of the pawns tries to find a hole to get through by feints.
  • Defender may only move left right.
drawing Defending
Play 4-on-3:
  • The three defenders try to defend every shot within 5 meters.
  • Only at greater distance is the defender allowed to hang.
  • The offense plays around until there is a free shot opportunity within the 5 meters and a defender is on the way to defend that shot.
  • The free player makes sure to intercept.
  • After 3 goals or 3 interceptions we get a new defense.

  • The shooter plays the ball into the support.
  • The shooter receives the ball back after a short movement to the left or right.
  • The shooter shoots at goal.
  • The intercepted ball is immediately played back to the shooter.
  • The shooter plays to the passer again.
  • The shooter is released again in almost the same place as the first shot.
  • After scoring twice, change positions. Each player takes each position 3 times.
  • The exercise can also be played with 4-pairs.
  • In the catch the duel is between 2 catchers.
  • Indicate from space.
  • Player walks to pilon and makes sideways move to left or right.
  • Clearly makes 3 passes sideways facing the basket.
  • Then follows a through ball.
  • Defender follows and tries to give as much pressure as possible.

Goal: defend your own basket but score at another. Whoever remains last wins.
Minimum 3 groups of 2.
Maximum 5 groups of 3 or 4 groups of 4.

  • Each group has a basket.
  • Number of balls depends on how many groups. For example, 3 groups 2 balls.
  • Make easier by fewer balls and larger groups.

  • This exercise is designed to let the players choose for themselves what they want to improve on.
  • Which (improvement) goal, which they have set for themselves, do they want to improve here.
  • As a trainer you can steer this by guiding the choice.
  • For example: the exercise must have something to do with passing/shooting/attacking/looking etc.
Objective:
  • Playing together and scoring on your own basket
  • Or play together and prevent the opposing team from scoring as few goals as possible
Rules:
  • Two teams in threes against each other (can also be played in fours)
  • Around the basket there is a section where the defending side has a defender. The defender is only allowed to move in that section while defending. If the team is attacking, this player is allowed to join the attack. In this way there is always a surplus in the attack.
  • Korfball rules are in force
drawing 3 against 3 on two baskets
1 attacker, 1 defender and 2 assistants.
  • As assistants, try to pass as many balls as possible under the basket or next to the attacker without allowing the defender to interfere with the passing.
  • Keep eye contact.
  • Pass the attacker freely by directing non-verbally or verbally.
  • Keep the ball up high to be able to play faster and better.
  • Swap after 4 good chances.

Sponsors may also pass the ball between themselves to free the attacker.
The aim is always to play within shooting distance, so that every pass or action is targeted.
