Tennisexercises for technique backhand
- Put a ball carrier/cart in the middle of a half court.
- Each player tries to hit the balls into the ball cart with a backhand.
- Bulls eye if successful.
- A backhand is indicated.
- Player takes turns playing in one zone and then another.
- There are 4 balls randomly indicated on each side of the court is a pot.
- If a Forehand is played then the Forehand pot must be tapped.
- If a Backhand is played then the Backhand pot must be tapped.
- If you are right-handed stand sideways to the net with your right shoulder facing your opponent. This way you are at the right angle to give power.
- Drop your racket behind your body at the moment you turn your body. This way you use your hips and shoulders to give power to your stroke.
- During the swing, keep the arm extended and wrist stable. The elbow is slightly bent at the moment of impact because then you can give the ball direction and, if you want, a spin.
- Hit the ball when it reaches the height of your front hip. Be sure to move your feet toward the ball and put your weight on your front leg as you strike.
Left-handers stand with left shoulder facing the opponent.

- throw against wall and catch
- throw up and catch with pylon
- throw against wall and catch with pylon
- throw against wall via ground and catch with pylon
- throw against wall and catch
- throw up and catch with pylon

There are 4 balls randomly indicated after each ball the student must go around the jar in axe pass from back to front, the 4 jars are lined up back to back in the double lines.
- Two backhands and two volleys are played.
- First come the two backhands. Those may be played anywhere on other half.
- Then they run forward and two volleys are played.
- A backhand is indicated.
- Player takes turns playing in one zone and then another.
- There are 4 balls randomly indicated on each side of the field is a pot.
- If an FH is played then the FH pot must be tapped.
- If a BH is played then the BH pot must be tapped.
- 2 balls are played at random.
- The first must compulsorily cross straight and let the person on the other side go.
- The second must compulsorily cross and point out is played.
- The person on the other side is immediately free to play where they want.
- Half basket and then switch.
