Volleyball drills
- Freeball pass to the libero who plays high for attack +/- 4m from the net
- If practice goes well, play the ball from further +/- 6m with technical attack
- If too long silent and waiting = switch on blocker with active participation
Organization:
- Field A. 2 players in pass P4 and P3.
- Sv on P2.
- Field B. Block on P2 and P3.
- Serve P1 and defend P4 and P5.
Execution:
- Service on P3 and P4. Then defend on P1.
- Attack hard if possible and tap otherwise.
- Change after 5 services.
- Side one saves, defend on other side and try to score point against blockers with outs.
- Other 2 who do not have to save, can come in to defend in backfield.
- Have passers alternate as 'chameleons'.
- 3 triplets:
- 1 throws balls to
- 1 provides ball security
- 1 goes to work
- Ball is attacked in the straight on thrown on ball.
- This ball is caught and thrown back to the person who threw it.
- The attacker meanwhile goes around the pawn in the backfield and comes back to attack again.
- 10 balls and then change.
- Each trio starts at the same time.
- Two teams, whose players line up randomly in the field.
- Ball is caught and thrown back the same way.
- When the ball is thrown, the one who threw it goes to tap a wall.
- The other players turn in the meantime.
- Making a mistake means running around the field and rejoining the team.
- After a while, players play instead of throw.
- The one who played goes to tap the net and comes back.
- There is still a run through and a run around in case of a foul.
- Scoring can only be done between the three-meter line and the back line.
Trainer plays ball to 2-tal, they have to set up an attack together by themselves.
- Watch how the 6-squad runs.

Players face each other on opposite sides of the net. Each player has a ball.
- Player a. and player b. simultaneously throw underhand over the net with 2 hands and catch each other's ball
- Match: each player throws over the net 10 times! Which pair is the fastest?
- Player a. chooses from rolling under the net or throwing over. Player b. must do the opposite. Choose and switch 5 times each
- Player a. and player b. simultaneously throw underhand over the net with 2 hands and now catch each other's ball in key position overhead.
- Player a. and player b. simultaneously throw underhand over the net with 2 hands - now key each other's ball vertically above the head and now catch in key position above the head.
- Divide the team into groups on the back line
- Put obstacles throughout the field such as fences, ladders, hoops, cones
- Have the players walk to the back line and back
- The group whose last player is back and the rest are sitting has won
- Create sequences of 3
- Build up the sequences in difficulty

- Tap on ball - OH wrist up 25 x then hold up as many times as possible
- Knock on ball - BH wrist held up 25 x then hold up as many times as possible

- Trainer starts by throwing to player/setter at 2,5.
- Setter plays ball to attacker at 4.
6-setter defends fully and plays out the rally.

- First player starts with tennis ball and puts it in first hat.
- Second player starts without tennis ball, walks to first hat, takes tennis ball and puts it on second hat.
- Third player starts without tennis ball, walks to second hat, takes tennis ball and puts it on the third hat.
- When the ball is on the last hat, the next player starts back with a tennis ball and places it on the first hat.
- The game ends when all balls are on the hats.
