In pairs and with a basket

  • Together take 6 distance shots. Number of missed shots is run to fence and back.
  • Together 10 walk-through balls. Number of missed is number of burpees to be performed.
  • Together 20 shot opportunities. Number of missed opportunities is number of squats to be performed.
  • Together take 10 penalty throws. Number of missed penalty throws is number of crunches x 10.
