Beachvolleyballexercises for technique general
Formation
- Two teams of a maximum of 4 people.
- 1 ball.
- On both sides, 2 people on the court, others behind the baseline.
- Score in one attempt in the other court (within the lines).
- Start with a simple underhand service.
- We play underhand tennis, so over the net in one attempt.
- A difficult ball may bounce once, but then the ball must be returned with one hand, a foot, or the head.
- Made a mistake? Leave the court to the baseline, a new player takes over.
Execution
- Play in two equal teams according to the normal beach volleyball rules.
- With each ball contact, the feet must be off the sand.
- Optional: Rotate one position within your team each time the ball is played over the net.
- The ball must be played over the net on the third contact.
- Two against two
- Trainer brings in ball
- Teams play rally against each other
- The one who loses goes out
- Substitutes come in

- Games are played in 2 equal teams.
- The normal rules of beach volleyball are applied and at each contact the feet must be off the sand.
- An additional addition can be to rotate through one spot in your team each time the ball is played over the net.
- The ball should be in 3rd over the net.
