Setup
  • The players form groups of three. Two players stand by one cone, and the third player stands directly opposite them.
Execution
  • The front player of the two at the cone has the ball and passes it directly to the feet of the player opposite her. Then, this player sprints to the other side and stands by the cone.
  • The other player receives the ball and passes it to the one now standing opposite her. This pattern repeats continuously.
Variation
  • Dribble with the ball at the foot.
drawing Hooded Dribble
  • At all outer pawns a player stands with ball
  • At the signal of the coach they dribble to the pawn in the middle where they make a cutting move and dribble back again.
Variations

    • dribble back with the left hand side and chop with the left hand side
  • 2. Dribble to the centre with right hand and cut with right hand.
    • Dribble back slowly
    • 2nd time with left to the middle and right to cut,

  • In a rectangle with a central strip, the players are divided into 2 groups facing each other.
  • The exercise starts with 1 player with a jacket in the middle strip. This is the defender.
  • Players must cross with the ball, the defender must take the ball and play it off the field.
    • the defender shall remain only on the central strip
  • If a player loses the ball, they will also put on a jacket and help the defender.
