Description:

  • Attacking team goes in 3 attacks.

    In addition, they come in zone 1 with one defender.

  • They will have to play out the defender by means of an action or a pass.

  • Then they come into zone 2: where there are now 2 defenders where they can only pass through the zone by a width pass.

  • After they pass through the 2nd zone, they can decide on a goal.

Organization

  • 25 x 17,5 m

Duration: 

  • Each attacking team gets 5 chances
  • Then the teams change.

  • Play or show that you're free "SPEAK"
  • Play the ball with the right foot, the right speed and accurately "ACCURATE".

  • Getting the bombs as fast as possible on the island by quickly leading over the 3 footbridges (Goals)
