Playing in pairs fanatically.
Block defend with dive
1 blocks first at the centre and then at the left front.
after the block, turns around and defends back the attack of 3.
then defends (in dive) short ball from 5
2 is next
Turn over: 1 to short ball, 3 to blocking, 5 to attack
The warm-up
- The students stand in the field in a semi-circle.
- The pupils throw the ball to each other.
- The ball is always thrown to a different person, so not to the same person as who gave it to him/her.
- When a boy has dropped the ball on the ground, all boys have to run a circle.
- When the girls have thrown the ball on the ground then all girls have to run a circle.
- As a variation, you can throw in more balls so that the game goes faster and they have to run more often.
You can also give the students numbers 1, 2,. When someone from 1 drops the ball, group 1 runs a circle. When someone from group 2 drops the ball group 2 runs.
Playing in pairs fanatically.

1 sv stands on sv place in the field with the trainer and the other sv stands rv on the field with the rest of the players.
Accent is set up, block on outside and play smart.
If big team does a good attack then they get a point. If the ball falls on the ground or doesn't come over the net the other two players get two points. When BH is over the net each player gets 1 point. Coach throws the ball over the net 6 times (so you can get 12 points). After that change positions.
Coach plays high ball in the back.

Variation:
two defenders position 1 2.
1 blocks turns around gets a hit ball from position 4.
In this exercise, positions 4 and 7 are not occupied. On the right is sv.
Accent in this exercise:
- pass, block and sv
- Try to play through and vary attacking balls: smash, hole in the middle or play on the lines left and right (in the back is difficult because there is no miss-back who can defend the ball.
Trainer plays high ball at the back

Stomach muscle exercises:
20 x up, 20 x up, hold, 10 x up in 3 steps, 5 x up in 7 steps
10 x squats, 10 x burpies, planking, push ups

- this exercise, the attackers get the mission to immediately score with their attack. The defense has to prevent this of course.
A permanent playmaker is used. A number of attackers is on one side of the playing field with a ball. They play the ball to the playmaker, who will give the set up for the attacker.
If the attacker scores, he joins the back of the line of attackers (as reward). If the attacker does not score, he has to defend. Rotating happens in the following way. attacker - A - B - C - D - attacker.
In defense, A is the blocker.
Make it clear upfront what immediate scoring means: ball on the ground, even if there is no playable defense. - permanent playmaker
- line of attackers with ball plays ball to sv
- Set-up to attacker 1
- If attack scores, join line attackers
- Otherwise attacker 1 to A - B - C- D- attacker
- In defense: A = blocker, BCD= back
The four quart fields have been numbered (see triangles in picture) The goal is to reach field 1 as a team by not making any mistakes!
The game begins with bringing the ball into the field. This can be done by the trainer, but also a player can throw the ball over the net.
The pair that receives the ball plays the ball over the net by playing three times (mandatory!) etc..
The team that makes a mistake leaves the field (in case of 5 teams) or goes to field four (in case of 4 teams).
The other teams rotate a field.
So when the team in field two makes a mistake, they leave the field, field 3 rotates to field 2, field 4 to field 3, and the fifth team goes to field 4 .
After 10 minutes the game stops, and the team in field 1 is the winner!
