Handball drill: f footwork before the shot

F footwork before the shot
- Marker at 6 meters, slightly left.
- Line of 3 markers slightly to the right of that.
- Player throws on trainer.
- Runs forward and backward around first marker.
- Arriving at the line, the player catches the ball without stopping and rounds along the line.
