Footwork relay
Set up 2 times hats in a square turned into a diamond, about 4 meters wide.
Players stand in 2 groups in a line behind a line.
Players stand in 2 groups in a line behind a line.
- They start running towards the twisted square.
- Tap the back hat first.
- Run backwards !
- Tap the front hat.
- Then right and left and back.
As soon as the player has crossed the line, the next one can.
