  • Everyone makes 2 pairs and stands on the back line.
  • One of the pair runs to the back line and back again.
  • The other one does a power exercise.
  • Exercises:
    • Squats
    • Twisting arms
    • Jumping on the ground
    • Lunges
    • Jumping jacks
