Volleyballexercise: service and rally pass
Service and rally pass
Formation
- One side of the court with a full team formation. On the opposite side: 1 setter, 2 attackers with a ball, and 2 servers.
- The ball is served from the baseline by the servers. The team in formation defends the service and executes a good pass. Once a successful attack is made by the team, the extra attackers set up an attack. This is followed by a rally defence by the team.
- After 5 successful series, the players rotate two positions. The servers become attackers. The attackers take their place in the team formation. Two players from the team formation go to serve.
