Execution

  • Divide the players into pairs and assign each pair a number.
  • When the coach calls out a number, the players with that number sprint to the centre as quickly as possible.
  • The players grab the basketball and dribble towards the basket for a one-on-one situation.
  • They have only one attempt to score.
  • After their scoring attempt, the ball is returned to the coach.
  • The coach can also call out multiple numbers at once for two-on-two, three-on-three, and so on.
Execution
  • Player B passes the ball to Player C.
  • Player B runs to the cone and receives the ball.
  • Player B performs a lay-up.
  • Player B joins line C.
  • Player C passes the ball back to line B.
  • Player C rebounds Player B's shot.

Execution
  • Divide the players into two groups.
  • The group without the ball tries to tag the player from the other group who has the ball.
  • As soon as they have tagged the player, the ball is theirs.
  • The player with the ball tries to pass the ball as quickly as possible to a teammate.
  • Tagging someone with the ball scores a point.
  • The team that scores ten points first wins.

Organisation
  • Centres, Guards, and Forwards from Under 14, 6 or more players.
  • 1 ball, two baskets.
  • 2 teams with different coloured shirts.
  • Players run around the circle.
  • As soon as the coach shoots, they go for the rebound.
  • The side that secures the ball runs a fast break to the other end.
  • No shot within 5 seconds = push-ups + the other team takes the ball out from the baseline.
  • After a score or defensive rebound, the other team runs a fast break back.
Execution
  • Outlet position and pass.
  • Flyer on the other side sprints away at full speed.
  • Execute at top speed.
  • After a score, immediately take the ball in with an overhead pass.
Variation
  • Two teams alternately set up in 2 rows.
  • Players tip the ball via the board to each other (jumping and tipping as with a tip-in) and join the back of the other row.
  • On the coach's signal, the team that has the ball at that moment runs a fast break to the other basket.
  • The other team defends.
  • With an odd number of players, the larger team always attacks, creating an automatic numerical advantage situation.
Execution
  • Everyone stands in a line, one behind the other.
  • The first player throws the ball against the backboard.
  • The rest of the players time their jump to catch the ball in the air and throw it against the backboard again.
  • The twentieth player throws the ball into the basket.
  • Repeat this on both the right and left side.
  • Players run around a cone or coach each time and rejoin at the back of the line.

Execution
  • Form two lines on the baseline.
  • Players run around the coach.
  • They score close to the basket on the opposite side.
  • Repeat and shoot progressively further away, eventually from the free-throw line.

Execution
  • Divide the team into three groups of four players each. One group stands on each baseline, and the third group is in the middle of the court. Players in the middle spread out along the midline.
  • At the whistle, the players in the middle run to the baseline and ask for a ball. The player catches the ball, shoots at the nearest basket, and retrieves their own rebound.
  • The player who passed the ball runs to the other side of the court for a pass from the other baseline. The rotation continues.
Learning Points
  • Players must work hard for conditioning improvement.
  • Set a target for passing and use correct footwork and shooting techniques.
  • Ensure clean and accurate passes.
Variations
  • Vary the type of shot (three-pointers, mid-range, lay-ups, etc.).

Execution
  • Begin in the corner of the court.
  • Slide along the baselines and the midcourt line.
  • Sprint along the other lines.
  • Run a figure-eight movement twice.
  • Then take a short rest.
  • Repeat this three times.

Description
  • Three players start on the baseline, with the middle player holding a ball.
  • The middle player passes the ball to one of the other players and runs after the ball.
  • The receiver passes the ball to the player on the opposite side and also runs after the ball.
  • This process repeats as they move towards the basket on the other side of the court.
  • When a player is close enough to the basket, they perform a lay-up.
Execution
  • The player who performs the lay-up becomes the defender.
  • The remaining two players become attackers and try to reach each other with a long pass.
  • The defender attempts to prevent the attackers from scoring.
  • If the attackers do not score, they must do five push-ups.
Objective
  • The objective for the defender is to prevent the attackers from scoring.
