drawing Basics: how does the bowl work?
4 defenders in the bowl -build up-, 2 midfielders, 3 strikers.

  • From the bowl play around without pressure.
    • With pressure: 3 defenders - opponents and goalkeeper in the circle.
  • The 2 midfielders offer themselves from the axis to the back where the ball goes.
    • Not being played on is to the line and back to the axis. Not passing to the long passing line.
    • To be played on is to open and then pass to the pendant striker or the wing striker. After play-off continue to offer in the guard position.
  • The two wing strikers offer themselves to the 23 meters.
  • The striker on the attack offers himself to the front circle.
  • The wing striker on the supporting side looks for scoring position at the far post.
drawing 3 vs. 2 to 3 vs. 4
  • The coach throws the ball in to the attacking side -the red dots- they are going to attack against the 2 defenders.
  • When the defenders take the ball they want to pass it to the two fellow players who are behind the line.
  • When this is done then the game is turned up and the 4 players are going to attack and score on the big goal and the 3 defenders want to pass the ball to the bounch board.

  • If the attacking side scores on the start then the coach throws a new ball to the people behind the line and play continues there.

  • Goal of the defenders is to close the axis and keep the pass lines between the attackers closed and not want to take the ball but guide until the attacker makes a mistake and want to intercept the ball.
drawing Building up and switching
Create 3 teams:
  • 1 offensive team
  • 1 defensive team
  • 1 waiting team

  • Team red starts as the attacking team and want to score on the big goal.
  • Team blue is the defending team and want to conquer the ball and score in the goall on the side.
  • One person, from the defenders, starts with the ball and plays the ball back to someone on the attacking team. That defender runs onto the pawn and runs a tackle back.
  • Team white is waiting on the other side and hits ready to start when the other side has scored or the ball is out.
  • Then the defending team stands to the side and no longer participate
  • The attackers then become the defenders and go on the other side to defend the new team. it keeps going like this.

drawing 3:2 with tackle back running her 3:3 with closing the shaft
  • A starts with the ball and passes the ball to B.
  • From here a 3:2 begins with a tackle back runner who may run when B has taken the ball.
  • The defenders want to start putting pressure on the ball but make sure to keep the axis of the field closed in the process.
  • The attackers want to speed up to prevent the tackle back play from getting the opportunity to help defender.
  • If the defenders take the ball away then they get to score in the goaltending area which is on the 23 meter line.

drawing 3 against 3 over right
We play and 3:3 where the emphasis is on communicating with each other attacking and defending,
how are you going to stand and how are you going to run free for the other?

A,B,C belong together. The first ball goes to B from there the 3:3 starts.

The defenders are going to put pressure on the ball and don't want the attackers through the axis in any case so make sure it is closed.
When they have conquered the ball, they score in the little goaltop at the side of the field.

    • The right center man in the circle must have an overview of the game and makes sure she can play for the other center man or even for the left back if there is room for it.
    • The right back can go up or down a bit, he must see the play of the opponent and be able to react to it.
    • If there is high pressure, he should drop back a little to be playable by the back men in the circle.
    • If they are applying less pressure, he can stand a bit higher to keep the field long and wide and play forward.
  • How are we going to build up forward what is the job of the midfielders?
    • The task of the midfielders is to pass from inside to outside, run towards the ball and if they do not get the ball, run away again to create space for your team-mates
