Setup
  • 3 teams: blue, red, and white.
  • Each team has 3, 4, or 5 players.
  • The attacking team (A) has 1 extra player (e.g., 3:2, 4:3).
  • One player from the defending team (B) is positioned with the trainer.
  • The non-playing team (C) is positioned at the centre line.
Execution
  • If team A scores, they defend with one player less.
  • Team B positions itself at the centre line and goes on the attack.
  • The trainer introduces the ball into play.
  • Alternate left and right sides.
Rotation
  • Attack from the left: Blue attacks, white defends, red is ready on the right.
  • Attack from the right: Blue defends with one player less, red attacks, white is ready on the left.
  • Attack from the left: White attacks, red defends with one player less, blue is ready.

Execution
  • Player A delivers a long, hard pass to Player B.
  • Player B receives the ball and passes it on to Player C.
  • Players B and C engage in a 2-on-1 situation against the defender who applies pressure from the centre.
  • If the defender intercepts the ball, they score in the small goal at the side.

Execution
  • Player A starts with the ball and passes it back to Player B.
  • Player B receives the ball and passes to Player C.
  • Player C controls the ball and plays it wide to the advancing Player A.
  • From this point, a 3-against-2 situation begins.
Objective
  • Defenders aim to push the ball outwards by collaborating.
  • The objective is to intercept the ball only when the opponent reaches the baseline.
  • Afterwards, they attempt to break out using a channel over the forehand side.
  • They score in the small goal at the side.

Execution
  • Divide the group into two teams.
  • One team starts in the zone and applies pressure on the players already on the field.
  • The players on the field aim to move the ball using the zone and score in the goals on the sides.
  • The players in the zone may only leave the zone when the ball has been passed to one of the defenders.

Execution
  • Player A runs towards the balls.
  • Players B and C move towards the playing field.
  • Player A takes the ball and hits it in.
  • Players B and C offer themselves as options while being covered by two defenders.
  • Player A is allowed to perform a self-pass.
  • Attackers try to score in the large goal.
  • If defenders gain possession of the ball, they try to score in goal X.

Objective
  • Improving passing.
  • Improving finishing on goal.
Organisation
  • Use half of the playing field.
  • 2 distributors (Z) and 1 goalkeeper.
  • Course with one-two passes, dribbling, and finishing on goal.
Execution
  • After each pass, continue running to receive the ball back from the distributor.
  • Pay attention to the position of the goalkeeper before shooting on goal.
Variations
  • Train different passing movements.
  • Practice both leftwards and rightwards.
Execution
  • The goalkeeper stands in his position.
  • Place two gates made of cones on the 23-metre line, to the left and right of the goalposts.
  • Player in red starts at the top of the circle and accelerates with the ball through the gates.
  • After passing through the gates, red plays the ball to player in blue.
  • Red sprints around a cone to put pressure on blue or to take the ball away.
  • Blue receives the ball, accelerates, and runs through the gates.
  • Once blue is through the gates, red may no longer take the ball away and returns to the cone.
  • Blue accelerates to the top of the circle and finishes on goal.

Execution
  • Player A starts with the ball and passes it back to Player B.
  • Player B plays the ball wide to Player C.
  • Player D runs into depth and receives a hard pass from Player C, who completes their turn.
  • Player A has continued running and receives a hard pass from Player C towards the circle.
  • Player A receives the ball, turns to the backhand, and finishes, preferably high.

Execution
  • A starts with the ball and passes to B.
  • From here, a 3-on-2 situation begins with a tracking back defender who may start as soon as B has received the ball.
  • The defenders try to apply pressure on the ball and ensure that the centre of the field remains closed.
  • The attackers try to increase speed to prevent the tracking back defender from assisting in the defence.
  • If the defenders regain possession of the ball, they may score in the goal at the 23-metre line.

Team Composition
  • Create 3 equal teams.
  • Team 1: Defenders inside the circle.
  • Team 2: Attackers inside the circle.
  • Team 3: Players outside the circle as the "bowl".
Execution
  • The "bowl" quickly passes the ball around and looks for an opportunity to pass to the attackers inside the circle.
  • To receive the ball, the "bowl" must look ahead and know where the attackers are or will move.
  • After an attacker receives the ball, they pass it back to the "bowl" and may enter the circle to score.
  • The other players in the "bowl" do not participate in the attack but can regain the ball, after which the play starts over.
Defence
  • One defender is allowed to leave the circle to put pressure on the "bowl".
  • The remaining defenders stay inside the circle.
  • The attackers are not allowed to leave the circle.
  • If the defenders gain possession of the ball, they may score in one of the two goals on the side.

Formation
  • 4 defenders in the bowl play the ball around without pressure.
  • 2 midfielders and 3 forwards are positioned.
With Pressure
  • 3 defenders from the opposing team and a goalkeeper are in the circle.
  • The 2 midfielders offer themselves from the axis to the back where the ball is going.
  • If not played, move to the line and back to the axis.
  • Avoid offering on the long pass line.
  • Upon a pass, open up and then play to the hanging striker or the wing striker.
  • After passing, continue to offer in the guard position.
  • The 2 wing strikers offer themselves on the 23-metre line.
  • The hanging striker positions at the top of the circle in attack.
  • The wing striker on the support side seeks a scoring position at the far post.

Note
  • Consider the scoring positions in the circle and maintain eye contact with each other.
  • For the defenders, communication is crucial; ensure they audibly communicate with each other about their positions.
