split-1-leg

Objective:

  • To teach the children to follow their direct opponent at all times,
  • The defender always remains between the post and the girl.

Organisation:

  • The children stand in pairs near a basket.
  • One of the two is defender, the other attacker.
  • The attacker makes movements around the basket (towards, away from, left, right, etc.).
  • The defender constantly makes sure she stays in the right place between the basket and the girl.
  • After a few minutes, switch. Changing pairs.

Split the group into two.

Goal is to collect as many pawns as possible before all players are tapped out.

  • Group A behind the line. In front of each player stands a pylon.
  • Group B comes running.
  • As soon as the first player of group B steals a pillon all players have to sprint over the line.
  • Group A is allowed to run. Whoever gets caught is out.
  • If the one with the pillon makes it, they have stolen one pillon.
  • Repeat this until all players are caught.

Then turn around. Points for each pillon.

first throw in = next throw in, otherwise it falls out

  • Set up 3 posts in a triangle at the edge of the field, under each post a person who supplies the ball without it.
  • At a good distance from the post you place a pawn and the rest of the players with the ball are placed near the pawn.
  • You throw the ball to the middle basket and make a run through on this post.
  • The person who throws in catches the ball.
  • The catcher throws the ball after 1 of the 2 korfballs (free basket) and also takes a run through here.

To be adapted by:

  • 1st post pass
  • 2nd pole in/out shot

  • 1st post short chance passer
  • 2nd pole wide run shot

  • 1 player stands at pilon 1,
  • 1 player stands at pilon 2.
  • Person 2 chooses whether to sprint to pilon 3 or pilon 4.
  • Person 1 stands with his back to person 2.
  • As soon as he/she sees that person 2 has made a choice, he/she tries to tap person 2 before he/she has touched pilon 3 or 4.

  • 2 posts opposite to each other at about the distance in the game.
  • At an angle in front of the post is a trainer/player.
  • He/she throws the ball to a player who runs to the other post.
  • This player makes a ball, catches it and gives it to the next player.
  • The players divide themselves over 4 posts so about 4 or 5 players together.

drawing practicing longballs in combination with through balls
  • 1 shooter in front of the post. 1 passer.
  • Possibly with slight defensive pressure.
  • Attacker moves left/right, gets the ball played and shoots (+-5 meters).
  • When he scores, he earns a point and shoots through, if he misses he must first run to a line behind him at about 5 metres from the place of shooting.
  • After this you can continue shooting.
  • Switch goals every 3/4 of the time.
  • Total 8/9 goals per post. (It depends on whether you play with or without a defender).
