Soccer drill: match form

Suitable for the following techniques: heading attack defense passing positional play

Match form

Rules:

Game begins with attackers.
Red attacks, blue defends.
Blue scores on 6 passes.
Blue compulsorily plays after 3 times or scores in one of the 2 small goals.
Defenders press 100% 1v1.
Attackers may only interrupt passes.
Ball back on fouls.
