Volleyball drills for technique attack / smash / spike / hitting

  • Practicing defense of opponent's offense, block coverage and positioning in the backfield

  • Two teams one ball.
  • Get down on one knee opposite each other on the three meter line.

The exercise goes as follows:

  • VARIATION:
    • 2 groups play point forward. Both sides must play outside the 3 meter area. Also short balls are not allowed. No point in the 3 meter area.
  • 2 rows of players on one half.
  • They throw the ball to the trainer, who throws or plays overhand to the net.
  • Players walk to the net with an attacking pass and smash the ball.
