GOAL
Jump Exercise extra height
ORGANIZATION
All stand in a circle
EXERCISE
- Jump up 2 times in a series of 10 x with the help of arm swinging.
It is important that extra height is gained by using your arms to swing backwards and forward when going up.
- See picture.
- Take turns throwing the ball.
- After throwing the ball touch the back line and walk to the next spot.
- Throwing good?
- Then everything underhand.
- Later all above hands.
- Team builds up attack after serving.
- After the attack opposite player (S1, S2 or S3) throws the ball right back into the field
- (ball jumps back from the block),

- There is always one person in the whole field.
- The trainer stands at the other side of the net and plays difficult balls through the whole field.
- You have to go for every ball
Goal: ball lane recognition, take position in time.
- Ball path: A throws to B, B passes to C.
- Direction of play: A, B, C
- B moves (before the ball has passed the net) to the right position (90%) and is active instead of re-active.
- B assumes the correct position when the ball passes the net.
- B adjusts in the remaining time to the correct position (10%).
- Possibly build up:
- First B catches the ball with bent arms.
- after that B passes the ball underarms.
- Trainer stands on the other side of the net.
- At the centre back there is a row of passers in front of the net and a catcher.
- The trainer throws the ball to the first of the passers.
- The passer passes the ball to the catcher, the catcher tries to throw the ball through the basket, picks up his/her ball and puts it in the cart and joins the back of the line.
- The passer becomes receiver.
- Play overhead and underhand along the net.
- chase your ball (min. 5 persons around the run)
- at least 4 teams of 2 people
- mark out the field with cones
- short games in teams of 2 against 2 to 10 points
- each team plays a match against every other team
- 2 players/1 hoop

- Repeat this number of times in one motion, rotating frequently so everyone has been in each position.
- Player A serves the ball to player C.
- Player C passes the ball to player B.
- Player B sets up the ball.
- Player D attacks.
Goal: try to attack/play 3rd ball on the mats (straight or diagonal).
After each ball move one place in your own group.
Extension: When there are enough players, one could also choose to place a block.
- Competition with catching and throwing. S

- If you make a mistake you have to leave the field.
- If your team catches the ball 3 times in a row you may go back into the field!
