Basic Setup:
  • 3 players in defence
  • 3 players in offence
  • Players not participating wait at the midline in 3 groups
  • Coach has the ball
Progression:
  • Coach passes to 1 player
  • Player opposite runs first to the midline and then returns to defence
  • Play 3 versus 3
  • Upon ball loss, score, or rebound, the ball goes to the coach
  • Offence becomes defence
  • Quickly set up again and the next group plays
Regression:
  • Allow defender to run a shorter distance
