Initial Setup
  • Form a team with two players each. Each team has one ball. Maximum of two teams per goal.
Progression
  • Play one-on-one. The defender passes the ball to the attacker at the three-point line. Each team takes turns to avoid interference. Each team stays on its own half.
Progression
  • A maximum of three dribbles is allowed.
Regression
  • The defender plays with one hand behind their back.
  • The defender plays with both hands behind their back.
