Execution
- Position the players in a line next to each other.
- Place a tennis ball on the ground approximately 1 metre in front of them.
- Have them stand with their feet slightly apart.
- Quick jogging - dribbling - on the spot.
- On the trainer's signal, while dribbling, they should:
- Hands on knees.
- Hands on toes.
- Hands on shoulders.
- Hands forward.
- Hands in the air.
- When the trainer shouts "Ball!", they should grab the ball as quickly as possible.
- Repeat and mix up the commands for variety.
