Dynamic warm-up

Execution
  • Position the players in a line next to each other.
  • Place a tennis ball on the ground approximately 1 metre in front of them.
  • Have them stand with their feet slightly apart.
  • Quick jogging - dribbling - on the spot.
Instructions
  • On the trainer's signal, while dribbling, they should:
  • Hands on knees.
  • Hands on toes.
  • Hands on shoulders.
  • Hands forward.
  • Hands in the air.
  • When the trainer shouts "Ball!", they should grab the ball as quickly as possible.
  • Repeat and mix up the commands for variety.
